They are untranslated. Doesn't stop you from opening clipboard and then copying the text to a translator, or perhaps be a gigachad and actually read it from the Japanese text.

Is there a way to cheat at eraReverse? Grinding 7k mana for the futaranization sounds painful and the game doesnt really seem to know what to do for (non futa) lesbian training, its always been just clit fondling.

They could be. You'll want to at least increase the mood beforehand (Aphrodisiacs do this), or trigger the In-Heat state. This happens on dangerous days for Youkai Beasts. Or if you're on AnonTW (like many people are), you can hypnotize them to be in that state.
Triggering such events is also easier to manage if you have Yearning or Love with them, more inclined to Exposure, or both characters have high affinity with each other.

On another note, due to misunderstanding your remark, I had found out that the relieve stress event actually has a bunch of unused events planned for it:
Semi-colons indicate commented out. Also, it seems like these were guidelines on how the module author planned to write the events, so who knows really.
Speaking of relieve stress, does it only happen to certain characters or does anyone with prior experience in sex (where their virginity lost before meeting PC) get one?
I've seen the rabbits, Yuugi, Yuugen Magan and Yuyuko (that last one idk how)
The reverse compensated dating event is available for all characters, if they're sufficiently horny and you're of a sufficiently high intimacy rating and friendship level with them i think.
The one in the screenshot mentioned is more Eirin's unique quests, which apparently seems exclusive to AnonTW as I don't see a Japanese equivalent of the questlines.

Need to launch the game in debug mode to be able to open the debug cheat menu
Make a bat file in the era reverse folder with this in it
start "" "Emuera-Anchor.exe" -debugthen run that, then on the game menu you'll have the debug cheats at the bottom
