The time has finally come to reveal this year’s voting results for the Femdom Game of the Year Anno Deae 2024.
But before that let’s reminisce briefly about the passing year in the femdom queendom. I believe we can all agree that it was marked by more disappointments than pleasant surprises. The games we were awaiting continuations of proved to be updated very scarcely, most notably
Nothing is Forever,
Karlsson’s Gambit or
The Shadow over Blackmore. Some games were not updated at all or became abandoned completely, like
The Void of Deviance or
Reina’s Desire. Developers like Taco stopped making games altogether, and there haven’t been too many great debuts, although most of the voters agree that we had at least a few shining new gems in the shapely forms of
Findom Queen,
Femdom Secrets of Kate’s Heart and
Ace of Affection. The more mundane and slowed down landscape of femdom gaming resulted in some upsets in the top 10. Albeit part of the reason for this is also due to the fact that Femdom Finder has been frequentent by a somewhat different group of femdom enjoyers than last year.
Slower development of established titles and smaller number of flashy debuts also contributed to a small diminishment of the excitement about femdom games, motivating slightly less people to participate in the voting process than previously. As some users stated it was a “bad year for femdom games in terms of story progression and depth of the lore” and “it's quite slim pickings for pure Femdom enjoyers this year”. Another user drew an even more pessimistic picture saying “the category of "Best Femdom Game Created in 2024" is, unfortunately, empty. This isn’t meant as a complaint, but I genuinely think this reflects the situation”.
Was it really so empty and gloomy in our corner of female dominated perversities? We will answer this question during many returns to summaries and tapestries of your opinions throughout today’s event. But for now let’s take a look at our first category.

Nothing is Forever was described as having “the writing [that] is expertly woven together to create a strong narrative with a number of different characters”, while other users added that the game is “almost like having a window on your sexuality. Relationships have real depth, and it actually makes you think, and captures the nuances of kinks really brilliantly” and that it’s “a masterpiece of storytelling,
Nothing is Forever excels at building tension and depth as you progress. The game takes its time to develop characters and plotlines, ensuring that every interaction feels meaningful and impactful”.
A bit more measured opinion was written in the context of the story of
The Shadow over Blackmore: “a dark and gritty narrative with predictable but enjoyable writing”. It’s also worth noting that only one giantess femdom game was mentioned throughout various categories this year:
The Minimum Project described by one user as “best Femdom Giantess game of the year”.
And even though
Gynocracy was a winner in this category, not everyone likes its handling of certain themes. “Girlfriend character who is supposed to be smart is actually dense as a boulder and almost irredeemable at this point” writes one user, but quickly adds: “Otherwise, this is a great game you should play”.

But other games also have their fans, for example

Domination Desire: Banished has “impressive mechanics and design of the gameplay loop” and is “very rich on content”, even richer seems to be
Starflint Descent, a game “still in early development but already has tons of content, with a good amount of very good 2D femdom scenes [and] immersive & rich story [with] lots of characters and side quests”.
Domination Academy on the other hand “can make you feel like you're slowly & methodically being brainwashed into total submission”, but it's
Escape from Misantria that offers “fresh premise in a common setting that's layered with a lot of content, good gameplay, good guides, and still has more to come”.
Our last year’s winner,
Karlsson’s Gambit, fell to place #4 – finding itself outside of the podium for the first time since
Femdom Game of the Year Awards started – and was characterised as follows by one of the users: “if you’re into a more playful and glamorous style of femdom,

A New Life in Submission was seemingly knocking into the gate of the top 3 femdom games, but because of scarcity of updates and seemingly burn out developer fell to place #10 this year. Still, no one can deny that it is a game embellished with “beautiful art and great writing with each character being charmingly dominant in their own unique way”.
The Renaissance is currently the most played entry in the Miron HFG femdom universe, loved and cherished because of “the slow erosion of male MC's dominant ego, the interconnected lore with
Moving Down, Megan's personality, games and psychological domination over both him and Robert”. And finally, the most consistently appearing lezdom game in
Femdom Game of the Year Awards through the last 3 years is
Missy with “multiple storylines like the Poppy, Jess, Bad Girls, Popular Girls”. This is a title, in which “choices do matter [...] and there's a lot to be explored”. Additionally, “the next update introduces a new [character] which I already like the sound of” adds one user.
But, as we all already know, the year 2024 belonged to Darktoz and his
The Shadow over Blackmore. Here are some further praises sung to this masterpiece:
