Sorry for not noticing, as I actually voted for NiF too as my no. 5 choice! (and given that it won silver by 1 point, I think I literally caused both KG and Under the Witch to miss out on the podium, cause without my vote NiF would've tied for 2nd with Gynocracy... :LOL:) The relatively low turnout is palpable this year.

The idea is that you can obviously vote on games that became finished, but they have to be finished/receive final update in the same year as the voting, not earlier. I'm not sure how many games were finished this year, but I don't think it was a big amount. Slave U I think was one of them, and it's on the list.

In our first voting, since it was first one, the rules were a bit more lax, and we could vote on any game, and some games made before 2022 are on the list. This year there were some people who voted on games finished/updated last before 2024 and I didn't count them in, same as last year.

I actually don't want to add more categories to the FDGotY, on the contrary maybe take some out even. Last year people were very into various categories and wanted more of them. You can see how much votes were in the smaller categories last year compared to this year, and also that almost every person who voted last year voted in every category, while this year a lot of people voted only in the main one. So we'll see how it'll be next year.

Yeah, but the top spots were very close last time too. Last year there was more people voting, but that made votes quite even among various titles, not like TSoB jumping so far above the competition this year. NiF lost to KG in 2023 with only 5 pts, so one person's vote even then could completely change the podium.

It would probably be painfully short, especially if you dislike both daz3d and anime-like drawn 2D art. There is of course Femdom Wife: Zoe, there is I will obey you Mistress and its sequel by the same dev, there is Under the Witch, there is this game that I played recently, Escalation! is great if you don't mind anime 3d graphics in a VN in which you don't actually move, and, I dunno, a heavily modded Skyrim or Fallout 4 where you can just become a slave to a random witch or female enemy npc? :LOL:

I'm sure I missed a few, but there aren't that many 3d femdom games - maybe once AIs get smart enough to be able to code an entire 3d basic gameworld for you, assets, physics, textures and all, there will be a revolution in indie 3d games, but we're not quite there yet...

Btw, if you just do a game search filtered by the tags "female domination" and "3d game" there are only 143 results on 5 pages - most of those will be mistagged or barely have any actual femdom, but there aren't that many, so you could check the whole list if you want.

Oh, I also missed Femdom University, the prequel to Fem U Zero from Salia Coel. It's also anime art, but that one is a full 3d game.

There is an app named 'Translator++'. You can use it for your project. Machine Translated but you can understand the story.

I haven't really done machine translations, but I'm glad to see someone is at least doing something! If you discover anything good that was lost to the western world (like, I dunno, a second Msize :LOL:), I'm sure everyone in this community will appreciate it! :)

And given that we're talking about personal pet projects, quick question scratch that, I wanted to ask fellow femdom lovers a question about a femdom VN I started working on again, but it's better asked as a poll, so I would be very grateful if you could vote and/or post an answer here. How do you feel about female android domination and would you consider it femdom? For all intents and purposes, the female android in question is incapable of "feeling" or gaining sexual satisfaction from the encounter, but rather has her own sort of enjoyment of human physique and she does enjoy the act of domming and helping a sub come to terms with their own role and secret desires in the D/s dynamic.

The specific reason I ask is for the following game: Flight of the Swallow, which is played from the role of a bratty closeted sub and bondage slut that happens to get caught in series of hard sci-fi circumstances that lead to androids becoming very interested in sexual fetishes, in particular bondage and bdsm in general.

The D/s themes are really strong and (at least the one mistress so far with more to be added in the future) the mistress is on the caring side with an exquisite gameplay integration of bondage I've never seen before (E.g. more constraints, the harder it becomes for you the player to maneuver in 0G. Or getting locked in a hobble chain and high heels completely kills your running speed and your heel clicks hitting the metal floor alert bots in proximity making escape and stealth a lot more tricky.).

I'd absolutely see a female themed robot/android dominating a sub as 'femdom'. At the moment, I'm recalling the renowned femdom artist

and how they released a whole line of illustrations centering around this very concept. If I'm perceiving the robot/android as a "mistress", then my monkey brain perceives the play as "femdom". In that moment, I'm not terribly concerned around the semantics of the situation.
