lol, happened to me too but the npcs on here refuse to see that uploaders are selling out to the devs
How does one update make them go so many steps back with all these bugs and issues
is there a bugfix version or else ? latest version has some bugs, one of the most annoying is the tablet that doen't open/close with 1 click, have to click 2 or more times

Looks like a dying GPU. VRAM being corrupted randomly. I assume it's just a bug unless similar things are starting to happen in other games as well.
Everything I noticed is new and save with items for scenes.
Franky release 1.0
New
1)New animations of losing (or rather, you will be thrown out by the enemy who caught you).
2) Some items now get more money.
3)The training is new (Only in Spanish)
4) The new character Remy. It is located in the pirate pool (where the bowling alley is on the left side). It moves through the vents. 4 scenes and 4 items for them
5) girls can relax on sun beds and do not pose a threat (in fact, they turn off).
Bugs
1) Slight fps drawdowns when first turned on (remaining at 0.3.5).
2) Bugs with models (new animations).
3)The shocker has no price (it costs 100)
4)The icon remains in Remy's store (new character)
5)The training is repeated when starting the game again
6) The tablet may glitch and you will have to press twice to open it.
7) Franny's model doesn't look right on a lounger
As a result, the author was just in a hurry or wanted to get money from the incentive (changed the color of the model to avoid copyrights).
It's sad, but there's nothing you can do.

I may be stupid but does this mean the uploaders are being bribed essentially or am I reading this wrong?

How do you play this game? I love the idea but I just don't feel like I have a good idea of how you're meant to keep track of where the girls are or how you're meant to avoid them. They kinda just wander around and it's not clear what makes them see you or not.
Don't tell me you didn't figure it out. You have a PDA (one of the modes allows you to see them.. anywhere), you can use hideouts, stun gun, find Zero mask (then you are almost invisible and you can do whatever you want), use bottles as a distraction. It's all about line o sight (pretty short..and noise). If an eye icon appears above their head, they suspect your presence, if it turns red, they are after you...then good fuck...or they kick your butt, if you don't have what they like.
Do bottles not work for anyone else? I can't figure out how to throw them clicking all my buttons. I'm just stuck forced holding them but can still do other things.

they ask the devs for some kind of bribes when they get their hands on their stuff i think to prevent the patreon leaks

I think it's really hard for that to be true, they would be easily discovered if a dev refused, and told the public about this bribery, and there would be a big backlash from the community here, and they would be banned... I believe the updates were denied because the update had already been reported, and it was already in the testing phase (to check if there are any viruses or anything malicious in the game scripts), the games as far as I know, are tested in sandboxies to see if there is anything malicious in them before they are posted.
