being able to add your own sounds to the sound event is nice, but does it let you have it be randomized like the default sounds are?
also, with newer versions the clothing of my custom characters keep misaligning, im assuming theyre changing proportions of some of the base models and it's misaligning stuff, very annoying

Yes, when you import audio you import "groups". Either you can import 1 group with many different sounds for it (sounds will be played randomized), or you can import many groups with 1 sound in each one of them.

It's still in alpha stage so it's expected that changes will happen. If you think it's a bug and not just a change you should probably reach out to the devs or ask in their discord.

i am almost certain that it is not a bug, as i remember seeing the species base i used receive changes in a patch note, it's just a considerable inconvenience that an older save will load the most up to date base mesh rather than a cached version from within the save, this explains why a lot of older cloud characters are broken in various ways

Why are these developers so greedy...
They're like many devs: Using the fact that they spend time on a project equivalent to a job as the reason for requiring funding for the project
You can't brute-force money out of an unmarketable project, yet many still try to. I'll never understand why :cautious:

Tbh they aren't totally wrong. They are developing a game for a niche community. Its simple math. If there aren't a lot of people interested on it, those who are have to pay more to keep it going.
Developing software ain't cheap nor easy.
If developing at a snail pace is what it takes to keep it going and there are people still willing to pay for it I see nothing wrong.
Currently on Patreon they are making ~10k usd/month. That is not a lot for developing a game. On the US that is not even enough to keep 2 full time entry-level software developer. A game usually takes multiple ones. Idk if they have other sources of income.

I believe they would benefit way more if they expended the reach of the game by officially allowing humanoid characters, but this would require them to change platform.
And changing platform can be a very risk move because you can end up losing more users than gaining.

Its their project and its a good one, u know other furry games with THIS level of interaction and design? You can litteraly do WHATEVER you want with the characters you create/use.
There are other games that offer more interactivity but they are not as intuitive to pick up or requires community mods.
As for the furry aspect I don't think there is.

At least to me, this game looks worse then its predecessor Yiffalicious, in both animation and the visuals. With the time and money it already got, i would expect it to be somewhere else development wise.

I know they made the whole engine from grounds up, but it doesnt even look that good in motion...

Idk, for me it looks, feels and plays better than yiffalicious. Easier to understand and to play around with too.
