its canon. it just doesn't affect the story. only pictures and 1 animation. also adds sperm hitting the egg animation. pictures change but dialogue doesn't is the easiest way to describe it.

you have the game school of lust under odd cases but i can also confirm that it does have pregnancy. its only 1 scene though and school of lust is a puzzle type of game and to get the scene requires completing a quest called "love for charity" which just so happens to be the longest quest in the game.

in not under "odd cases" its under "Games tagged "pregnancy" that dont have impregnation". last time i played the game it had the tag 'pregnancy' but it wasnt possible to get anyone pregnant. ive checked its changelog since then and it hasnt added any.
if i am wrong then i will need a screenshot of proof because honestly i dont trust that dev in the least. examples i will accept are an in-game 'sperm meets egg' animation, a girl showing the MC a confirmed pregnancy test or saying somthing along the lines of "im pregnant its yours", or a girl with an inflated belly due to a baby

Otherwise you go to the city with the daughter. Unsure of any impregnations from this route.

i want to be clear that if LRH was complete it would be denied without further info. im taking the impreg you gave as an example or indicator for things to come because normally if a game had impreg leading to an early game over/ending then it would be a non-canon ending and non-canon impreg doesnt count. if in the future impreg = game over for this game then please let me know so i can remove it from the list

also not sure if this counts but the champion game on the list under not having pregnancy; it has a tranformation system which a girl that is pregnant can transform and gain alot of power(needed for story). there is no scene saying she is pregnant or showing pregnancy but 1 of the girls does have her transformation already in the game if that counts. i honestly have no clue because its a weird system. the only time pregnancy is even mentioned if when you cum inside and some of the girls say the might get pregnant. if this doesn't count; the developer did say the a full pregnancy is planned including birth but that can still be months away

Been busy lately so little late on this. The current 'pregnancy' is a pseudo one from a potion(?). Big belly and inducing lactation but no actual baby. Haven't had chance to look into myself, but this is from developers notes on patron/discord though it was a few updates back as well so possible changes again I might be unaware of.(was already listed as planned pregnancy and this hadn't really changed so didn't post anything earlier)
It seems to be a test introduction of the pregnancy system which is also a 'gain power' thing. Definitely unusual approach. Currently actual pregnancy is still in future content, but seems to be getting close.
If get a chance will try the newest version soon to make certain.
the potion is also not fully in game but just the pictures to show what it would be like. the developers did say about that pregnancy will be added but story is top priority first and considering that the game has been getting updates for month and the developers saying that the story is only about 30-40% done; still could be many months away. good news in that the developer did say all girls will get pregnancy pictures along with the updates(like a sneak peek of the future) but the full system wont being happening till nearing final updates.
