it depends. most enemies cannot impregnate till certain scenes are reached. the easiest way is have the witch enemy use a parasite attack and to purposely lose against them which triggers the first way. once 1 of 3 special scenes are reached; the pregnancy system becomes unlocked. the witch is just the easiest way since its only in area 1 while the other 2 are both end game at area 3

I don't know if I'm missing something still. I have been defeated by the witch but I am still not seeing it. Is it just a really low chance for it to happen?

I was looking through the list of games to see if there were any good ones that I've overlooked and made a very startling discovery. Melody doesn't have the pregnancy tag even though there is an ending where she gets pregnant and has a child. There are about three sex scenes towards the end of the game where if you come inside her she will be pregnant due to the fact she forgot to take her birth control pills. If you recieve this ending she tells you she's pregnant, her career kind of fizzles out, and it does a time jump where she calls you while you're on tour and shes at home taking care of the child. It's not considered the perfect ending, but it's by no means a bad ending.

while only one ending has pregnancy there is only one character(Melody) so being forced into one ending to find the pregnancy isnt so bad especially if it isnt a 'bad end' or general loss scenario.
if there is ever a sequel made and the pregnancy end is not canon let me know that is grounds for removal
