Not sure if this fits your criteria but since the dev remastered https://thef95zone.info/threads/dreams-of-desire-v1-0-definitive-edition-elite-lewdlab.1904/ it now has an ending where all the LI's end up impregnated by the MC. It's like an alternate version of the good ending. Still get all the girls but now they are pregnant.

pretty much to sum it up. you can get pregnant and depending on what impregnated the mc; it will either be live birth or eggs. live birth is just a scene but eggs is a scene as items. each eggs actually give a different effect but in my opinion; imagine laying an egg and then eating said egg... that doesn't seem right but ok game logic.
