update on My Employee's Family: It was on the list due to the game admiting there were pregnancy points and impregnation was greatly teased during scenes. However, with the last update we have a confirmed impregnation. Laura (the first lady of the game) has a some dialogue that confirms she's pregnant. She hasn't told the MC yet but she did say it in an inner dialogue. Thought I'd let ppl know in case they were holding out for it.

If you settle down with Kara or Lia then you'll have 2 kids with either one. While creampies are prevalent in the game there isn't a lot of impregnation teasing and the children are a result of years of dating/marriage during the epilogue. I'll leave the call up you guys.

No Harem ending. There are four main girls you get to choose from to settle down with (assuming you didn't reject any of them). Kara and Lia result in children, and Tiffany and Tanya do not (though it is implied that you will have kids at some point with Tiff).
I did find it weird that there wasn't a harem option... I mean all throughout the game you are having sex with all of them, and they all know you are having sex with all of them, but they still make you choose just one lol.

yeah thats strange, normally such an ending would be indication that the ending was rush or the dev got bored of coding it and just wanted to end it

got one for odd cases I think. This is a part 1 so don't know all the way to end but from the 4 endings for this part is what I'm basing the recommendation on.
Living Together With Fox Demon in the happy? ending Vivi was confirmed pregnant with MCs child. But here where it falls into odd cases. She is 'killed' in this ending and it leaves you needing to find the pieces of her soul to bring her back which is part 2. This seemed to be the ending that it tries to guide you towards so most likely the true ending, but don't have the part 2 to confirm. Gonna be looking for part 2 soon.

That sounds like impregnation but no actual pregnancy, so no I would say that doesn't count at all. I know this site has a weird definition of what counts as pregnancy, but if people are here to find games with pregnant girls, then I wouldn't add this.

the end goal of impregnation is your kids being born, if the game ends with just the pregnancy announcement that then thats fine since you can fill in the rest. but if she, or the child, died part of the way through and you have no possibility to try again it feels a little blue-bally'y to me.
