I had the same problem, but I was lucky i had save the game before talking with lucy and i start again and it worked.... I talk to lucy she got ready and then I press the park area...

I play the game 3 times a year so i play every 4-5 updates and my opinion that this is a great game doesnt change... between the updates I can play 150+ games with tons of sex scenes so having this slow burner doesnt mind me at all... The only problem is that the last updates does indeed need a walkthrough.

You can repeat the bathroom/footjob scene with Lucy until you get to 90%. But probably there will be more Lucy content to get to level 5 so don't think you have to.

Incest is in the game, In the beginning you have to indicate what Rosie is to you.
On page 1 there is a mod that is up to version 0.27 but the person who made it is no longer here so you should not use it. Many people have had problems with it.
There is another mod from yoyomistro and it goes up to 0.3.6 but think there will be one for 0.3.7 as well. You'll have to see for yourself what the mod does.

An event can indeed be something very small like once you go to May and only get told she's not there.
But everyone should know how this developer works by now and that's not going to change. Also wouldn't know why his number of patreons is only growing.
It is a free porn game, if you want you can play it and possibly support it. If not then not.
When Lucy reaches 90%, you need to go to the living room at night, she will lie there on the couch and watch TV

I also think Single Again is better (especially last update) than HS in many things, but it is again a standard VN of which there are already so many. HS tries something different and I can appreciate that. If I were a Patreon it might be for Singel Again rather than HS but I'm not a Patreon of any game.

I took a look and for level 4 you first have to eat at home with Rosie and Lucy the next day and then you go straight to Lucy's bedroom for lick and blowjob level 4. Should work I think but I also made a save, there you just have to go to the dining room and then it should start.
If you've used a mod, it can sometimes have problems with the level system.
