Which scenes are you having problems with? Is it every Incubus scene or only the Incubus/follower scenes?

If it is the latter, you might M/M scenes disabled which could explain the black screen while still hearing the sounds.
If you are having problems with the Incubus/player scenes as well, I don't know what to tell you about that. The scenes all play just fine for me.

You could try going into the 'scene player' room at the very beginning of the game and spawn an Incubus (or succubus) and try having sex with it there, just to see if you have problems with the animations, the model, or just with the level you found them on.

My understanding is that the Incubus and Succubus are the exact same model, with just different bits and bobs added. It seems strange that the succubus works just fine, but the incubus doesn't.

The only thing I can think of right now is to say to delete the hardstuck folder in appdata. The game does have a shader and vulcan cache file, so maybe there is some corrupted data in it.
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata

This folder does have your save file, so you might want to backup the save folder before deleting anything. So, back up your save file, delete the hardstuck folder, then launch the game again. Shut it back down and then copy your save file back in to the appdata folder.

The game is really good. It's rare when games like these actually have gameplay that's fun. I feel like that monsters should be stunned for more than just until you hit them once so that it makes fucking them useful even without rings. Since you have a limited fuck quota. I like how at least you're max cum value is carried over into the new game so that you have some form of progression even though it's a rouge like, although that may be a bug. And the animations (especially facial animations) are top notch. It's a shame that you can't move the camera around freely in the scenes though. I am also surprised that it runs pretty flawlessly on my old ass laptop. If anyone was putting off playing it because of how the mc looks, as I was, I'd highly recommend you to give it a whirl.

For those asking for a cheat table for cheat engine
Do a grouped search with the following query:
BA:2 2p:maxhp w:2 2p:currenthp w:18 2p:100 w:2 2p:currentCal w:18 2p:maxCum w:2 2p:currentCum
replace the named values with the current values in your game. If you haven't messed around with any monsters, max should be 50 and current is 0
Bits (i.e. gold in this game) are block alignment 2 2bytes, but you can find them by just searching a 4byte value
Rather than hunting down new values, simply find what writes to current and nop the one that increases it. That'll keep you from getting gameover from too much monsterfucking. switch it back to normal before you recruit and back to nop after.

You can move the camera by using the middle click to unlock it then looking around with mouse + wasd, in certain scenes the main character makes expressions that most players never see because of the locked/limited camera positions.

It didn't work brother i did what you said with backuping my save it didn't work then i tried to do it with clean save didn't work either then i uninstalled the game with clearing all the data and made a clean download then tried it also didn't work i don't know what to do at this point and i know i'm not the only one who has this issue i saw couple of people mentioning it in here too

The metaprogress file should be what determines gallery (?), the loadable save file is on the starting floor with every floor finished and max cum at over 200. Dunno why people wanted that, i understand they wanted it for some cumflation ending? No idea what that's about but here you go.

I also changed the look of the character and the succubus/incubus a bit in mirror thing
Removed the paper shoulders/wristguards on MC, put hair on succubus and put hair and tits on incubus, this also carries over i imagine

It didn't work brother i did what you said with backuping my save it didn't work then i tried to do it with clean save didn't work either then i uninstalled the game with clearing all the data and made a clean download then tried it also didn't work i don't know what to do at this point and i know i'm not the only one who has this issue i saw couple of people mentioning it in here too

The problem doesn't seem to be widespread, which to me says it is an issue with your machine or some very rare bug that only affects 'certain configurations'. The 'Captain Obvious' question is what could it be.

The only things I can guess at are going to be things like using Linux vs Windows, AMD vs NVIDIA, outdated GPU drivers, updates for the OS that might be needed, or some graphics driver setting that needs to be tweaked or reset.
If nothing else, check out the graphics settings for the game itself, you never know when you need to use something other than default settings to 'shake something loose'.

Everything is up to date so it's not that and it can't be a problem about AMD, Nvidia or windows issue cause if it was that why would the animation work when it didn't just a patch before so i think cause of this bug has something to do with the dev (I'm not blaming him shit happens) i just hope that he knows or notices this bug and somehow fix it

There's only 2 ways to increase your max cum:

• Pickled onions. Less efficient (2-4 doses per 1 cumshot increase). Fills hunger by 50%.
• Endurex. Much higher Increase. Expensive. Tanks your health stat. Requires unlocking via streaming.
