Nope, just checked: I had Kali at 29 and Andy at 30, then get Kali at 30 going to shopping and then Andy's university scene triggered. Before having Kali at 30 knocking on Andy's door triggered the right message instead (you should raise friendship with Kali).Thanks for the report!
To get to Android's event with her in at Kali's university, your friendship with Android must be 30, and friendship with Kali must be above 30. But you're saying you were able to see Kali at uni in Android's story before level 30? Nothing seems odd in the code
Also, any news about the sports day bug? I would have preferred buying that update instead of having to unlock it via console.

So far, the sports day expansion has no bugs I've been able to reproduce. Until I'm given more information I assume this bug occured if you played the beta or you're using a very old save that broke a few things.

Every drink you buy adds 5, so that's the 7 drink options. And of course the "+10 Seats" option adds 10 seats.

Funny thing thing about this latest update. I completed my original game on the LOVE route up to v9.2, and started a new game with the SLAVE route on v10.2. After installing the newest version, I lost every save except the first 10 'Automatic', so I went from there. I will say that
