Hi Jamers, Im very sorry this happened to you. There was a bug in initial release that I quickly provided hotfix for, its a few posts back, did you play with the patch or without? Without this patch your database with progress wil get mixed up after your reach level 27 with maiden or curator.

Also a sidenote, in order to progress pregnancy you need to move it forward by clicking pregnancy in the extra section.

Hey, I was playing today, have my stats to 8,6,6 with the Bimbo at 30/30 and pregnant and the Curator at 27/30 and Powergirl around 20. As I was saying I was playing, trying to see what the Bimbo would do when she finds out she is pregnant but it was taking a while so I switched over to the Curator for a little while and did some story stuff there.
When I went back to the Bimbo she was wearing her chearleading outfit (not what I had her dressed in), was listed as infertile (just like the Curator) and was only at level 27/30. Also the advanced traits are all now reading as under construction so I cannot make her my wife or baby maker.
I am playing in the Original format, with everything but the Buckhold/sharing activated.
I save when I switch from one card to the next so needless to say I corrupted my saves as well.

Not looking for someone to save my game here, just letting you know that this has happened and that you might want to look into it. I'll wait for the next update or two before I try it again. It is a fairly fun game though, just disapointing when your progress gets wiped out.

Hey Mr. Palm. Me again. I have been enjoying the updates since the restart and really like how different the style art is for your game. Unfortunately I am now getting a bug where I cannot save my progress. It seems very similar to the save bug from a very long time ago. Also unfortunately, this is the second update in a row where I have experienced this.
As always, I'm not looking for someone to save my game (although this far in it would be nice) but I just thought I would make it known incase others are having the same issue. Without the ability to skip dialog restarting now would be a long and tedious task.
Anyways, Love what you are doing, Please keep at it and look forward to your future updates.

Hope you all had great winter break! I am recharged and V0.8 is now officially in production!

Thank you for all the great feedback in the polls (big thanks to everyone casting their vote) I know now in which direction the HaremCards needs to move next. I created free posts on Patreon and Subscribestar and described the biggest changes I want to make with V0.8

I will keep sharing more as work on the new update continues.

Thank you for incredible support and all the valuable feedback, I listen to all of you and I think changes coming in V0.8 will make HaremCards even better.

Hey, is Kara's quest 'endgame' bugged? I'm playing on leisure mode but have an 8 in the muscles stat, and keep failing the stat check to progress her story. I'm playing on the latest android version, and have put both codes you gave us, but have not activated any cheats (extra info about my playing environment hopefully to help you figure out if this is bugged or not). I must have failed the stat check four or five times in a row.

EDIT: Quick report. Previous to starting Kara's chapter 13 endgame quest, I had set the curator's appearance to Kara in the start area (where you select cards, player section, etc), and, just to test, I reset the curator's appearance to her original self and tried mission 13 endgame again. I immediately succeeded and am able to progress now. I also, just in case, updated haremcards by downloading again, although I'm just about positive that my game was 07a beforehand. It might be relevant, though.

I investigated this issue and I believe this might not be a bug. Even if you have equal stats as the FEM you are competing against failure can still happen. I was not able to reproduce the issue so for now I think it might have been just bad luck failing the low change even with equal stats? If you encounter anymore problems I will look into it some more, but what you describe can happen and you would need to get to 9 or 10 to have almost 100% success chance.

I'm glad you like the graphic style. Based on the recent polls it seems like a lot of people actually really like it even if it can be a bit retro for some players. But I like it too! Now to your problem, the mixup with character stats was a rare bug that was solved months ago and it should not be happening anymore. So far I got no feedback from other players regarding this issue. The problem with saving is the same as before? Characters having wrong stats etc.? If you still play with the same save file that you restored using "reset" function in the game the save might actually be still bugged from when you previously encountered the error. Playing from a clean save would be a solution.

However if you are having problems saving the game even when starting V0.7A from the beginning that could mean you encountered something rare no one reported yet. I will look into it based on the more detailed description of the current problem.

Hi everyone!

I'm once again working hard on bringing V0.8 to you and boy oh boy do I have a lot to share today.

1] New character - The Harlequin!

Everyone favorite Maiden of Mayhem is coming to HaremCards in V0.8! Uncover a dark conspiracy in the Asylum for Criminally Insane with some unexpected allies and enjoy more than just a few spicy interactions as you go along.

This update will be quite special, V0.8 will contain a full set of planned content for Harlequin including her complete story, pregnancy and more! No more waiting for the best features coming in the next release, you will get all of it now right in the next update. How is that possible? Explanation below.

2] Important gameplay changes -> Limited Cards

As I was working on HaremCards and based on feedback from all of you I realized I need to address some weak points the game has right now. Limited Cards are my answers to two of those problems:

1] Popular features like Pregnancy, how to deliver and release them faster.

2] How to release new characters and content faster.

Starting from V0.8 the Game will have Basic Cards (Maiden, Curator, Laura, Okamoto) and Limited Cards (The Harlequin and more later) - with Limited Cards serving as a sort of DLC characters. Hare are the differences between those two card types:

Basic Card

• Content spread into three releases, can take up to 6-8 months to fully release complete content for character and adding pregnancy and such
• Completely free to play for everyone
• Huge amount of unoptimized content that is time consuming to make (with 45 unlock levels maybe a bit too much)

Limited Card

• Entire content released in one large update, 1-2 months to fully release complete content for character (including popular features like pregnancy)
• Free to play only up to unlock level 15 and story chapter 5 (second half of the content only available to supporters with valid secret code)
• Optimized content to compensate for shorter development time, focus on most popular features (25 unlock levels)
• In the spirit of Limited Cards being a DLC characters you will need to pass a certain unlock requirements to access those characters. For Harlequin reaching a high unlock level for Maiden of Boobs will be a prerequisite (Investor level supporters will be able to play all Limited Cards without meeting their respective prerequisite)

I believe that thanks to the Limited Cards we will be able to keep adding more diverse characters faster and enjoy using the most popular features right away, without having to wait months for the development cycle to catch on.

A lot of work still needs to be done but this is a big change for HaremCards so I wanted to share details with all of you as soon as possible.

Not entirely stoked on the DLC idea myself, but I understand development is very time consuming.

I'll keep playing for awhile and see how this goes. Might wait for a few updates now to see how this whole thing turns out in regards to gameplay and monetization.

If it's not too short on features for new characters with these new changes (which i do understand btw), I'd be willing to pay for the final game if that's going to be an option as opposed to monthly payments to keep content fully unlocked. Haven't been a fan of patreon and it's 'monthly fee to enjoy' since Adobe started doing that shit with it's subscription-based programming... Fuck every part of that.

I know game dev's gotta eat and pay for hardware upgrades too though.

Bondage interactions will be included for limited cards together with rent action but they will be merged together into one feature. (3x animation + 1x rent animation)

Regarding Steam, I was trying really hard in winter to release there because I know how many people requested it and I wanted to create a single purchase option. I spent quite a lot of money and time setting everything up, going through all the processes with steam and when all was set and ready... They perma banned HaremCards and put it on blacklist so It can never release there again...

I was really disappointed because they didnt even get me chance to remove or adjust content and the biggest joke was the official reason for the perma ban - the highschool setting for Bimbos story.

Steam has actually incredibly paranoid policy about this and now there is no way to release on Steam, I am very sorry about this, I did my best.

The reason is actually baffling when you consider there are other NSFW game that while some are and some are not explicitly stated took place in Highschool, got to love steam inconsistent way of enforcing their policy.

Well in that case I have no idea why Steam went after HaremCards so badly... Maybe a different judge on the content? One person can make a difference when judging those things. I can try to reverse their verdict but right now this has such a sour aftertaste that I will still need some time to try again with them. The final rejection message was pretty strict. But don't worry, now that I know what the soft spots are I will make damn sure my next game gets on Steam in one piece.

Pixel town case probably because it was part of Kagura Games and they are basically a franchise at this point with how much game they have published. In terms of mad island, the free DLC I had mention was put out by them on their own website rather than steam or anything associates with it, another back door method to keep certain mechanics that is ban by steam but part of the base game.

Hi there Christ,

in the past I did some smaller projects in RPG Maker so I had experience with it. I also had some personalized script and knowledge to make RPG Maker behave the way I wanted. I never did anything in renpy and I also knew I did not want to create a simple visual novel a needed engine that I could break open and adjust the way I wanted.(for HaremCards I basically built a new smaller engine on top of RPG Maker) This would be possible to do in renpy too of course but I would have to spend more time learning the new engine and the scripting language, so I went with the engine I´m familiar with. ;-)

Right now I´m still on the fence about the engine choice for my next game, maybe I will move over to Renpy or something else, depending on how much time will I have to learn the new engine.

Mr. Palm A nice side effect of changing engines would be the animation side of things. I think Harem Cards is great; although the actual lewd scenes being a cycling of 3-5 images is a limitation. Just my 2 cents.
