Daz Help Finding This Hair Asset

Hey I've been dying trying to find this hair asset. It's used in Shadows of Desire, and I found the same hair on a different model for sale but the model didn't come with the hair. Any help would be massively appreciated!

Hey sorry I never spotted your reply! Yea it was the Yui hair btw, found that out after a lot of looking. But if you're also able, any idea where I can find the skin texture Shaman used? Tried asking directly but they were illusive about it. It's very pale and soft, yet with some subtle red to her legs, as well as some nice detailing in her face. Either way, appreciate your help so much ❤

If it's worth anything, the skin isn't fantastic. You could probably find something among the Daz Originals that'd both look similar and offer a higher level of detail in the process. That being said, a look around the Asian models on Daz should give you something to work with.

Thanks for your help, it's really appreciated , I just started a couple weeks ago, and have been putting in several hours a day but it's been a lot of learning lol.

Few more questions if you don't mind. Firstly, I've been modeling on Genesis 8.1, tho do you think Genesis 9 should be where I go to, especially for making something like Shaman's model for Cami? What I read online, most people suggested sticking to Genesis 8, especially for Adult Renpy games, but I'm not sure how much more developed the market is for genesis 9 now in 2025. Secondly, does Genesis 9 have things like Skin builder available? And lastly, any tips for someone learning and starting out? I've been having so much fun but I'd love to hear any tips from more experienced folk! Thanks again ❤

Genesis 9 has some good things, but it does mean you need very recent hardware - the VRAM memory requirements are significantly higher than previous generations.

How high we talking? Like studio levels?

I'm rocking a pretty top end setup, i9 13900, 4090, 64GB DDR5, plenty of storage.

Like example. You probably have 24gb vram. But lets say 12vram. You could fit 2 G9 or 3 probably but lets stick with 2. With G8 lets say 3-4.
And this is without THE magic tricks. And also we need to remember some characters comes with 8k skin for example and some with 4k. Both are good, and it depends who made the character at daz store. Not every characters g8/g8.1/g9 will look that good as the previous one that you liked.

When you have that type of end game machine, you dont really need to care about much and I would go for g9 and if you find something you like in g8 just use that too.

The problem might end up in ram not vram at the end too probably or not.

Thanks so much! I read some posts on forums that G9 might not be the best due to a lack of current content for it? So I was starting with G8.1. However those could have been old so I wasn't sure. But it looks like G9 can output some really impressive stuff! I appreciate all the help around here, it's a lot of learning to start off. But it's been a ton of fun so far ❤
