Yeah you're FCKED. It's one of the gamebreaking bugs the game currently has (IDK if the current patch fixed it). Reload an older save and don't go back when you cross that area until you finished that dungeon or restart the game to avoid that bug. ALWAYS keep a backup SAVE since this game has many gamebreaking bugs that can SOFTLOCK your game.

It's a fun game. The translation is a little goofy, but it works. The gameplay is okay, not really much to it, the zombies are way strong and you are way weak. It allows you to basically 3 choices on ending. Pure, not that pure, or ultra lewd. Just wish it was a little better on the fighting mechanics and gameplay and maybe a few more scenes and it would have been a damn near perfect short hentai game. As it is, still worth a quick run through.

If you have a save prior to going to that boss, go and buy the best armor for all three characters. Get the best weapons, and after that it's mainly just attack with one or two characters, heal with the other using first aid kits. Don't bother with guns, the machete is much better in my experience.

Go to the bottom of the sewers area and fight a guy close to the middle. Right behind him is a ladder.

I'd go with the shotgun. Just have the wife defend/heal, and 4-5 shots later, you win.

That bug seems to happen when Sato is ready to see you, and instead of going West from the main area, you go to the woods in the North.

Beware: this game has game breaking bugs when your wife have cheating sex in the house on the left of your house. The scene won't end until you finish a main quest, but main quests need your wife to accompany you to finish the quest.

It's fine. I have been cheating as well. I just wanna finish the game. Would appreciate having the save.
