Nice concept but it definitely needs more balancing i am getting destroyed on easy dificulty against some of the bosses that go directly into main base like battles either take 70 turns to beat them or they destroy me in 3-4 turns/they are invincible.

Edit: Played some more and here are some quality of life suggestions for dev

1.-Make it so combat options/movement only appear when you click the unit
2.-Make it so you can create multiple units at the same time
3.-Add a turn counter that tells you how many turns until next invasion
4.-Make it so enemy units cannot go trough occupied places
5.-Add a fast forward button for battle
6.-For auto battle allow the player to pick which attack will be used
7.-Additionally allow unit placement for "reinforcement" battles(attacking an enemy from multiple locations).

Wtf is this retarded balance? You pick "easy" and out of nowhere, Traveler appears in your base and wrecks you. This game is trying way too hard for all this awful AI images. Overcompensating much?

So what are the conditions for the unusual hilichurl to appear? It's been 80 something weeks and I don't have a single one

Absolutely love the game. I shall return to playing it when some balancing is done though. I literally cannot progress past Klee. 4 playthroughs, 2 hard and 2 easy, and she just absolutely machine-guns everything on the map. Reduced range and remove the pushback and it may be suitable, but no-one can get even close to attacking her.

Oh I blocked her retreating skill for testing and forgot to restore it when releasing. she should retreat after attacking several times (similar to Lumine).

It gets a lot easier once you realize that you should get rare hillichurls first then find an extra girl to make slimes and pair those slimes with the rare hillichurl (also corrupting a girl and combining her with mature slimes makes a very powerful unit). Otherwise the enemy has way too much HP, way too much attack and there's surprisingly little you can do about it. Would be nice if you could make units out of mature slimes but for some reason you can't.

Edit: okay nvm. Yeah klee part 2 is a little nuts to put it lightly...

As a side note: where are the saves located. They don't appear to be any common directory.

I think we're all doing something wrong for Alice to spawn so early. Maybe its tied to the statues? There is no way the dev expected us to fight Alice at such an early stage of the game? Maybe its some sort of anti-cheat even? The game notices you've been conquering too quickly and punishes you for it? Alice1.jpg

I think defeating Klee starts the timer for Alice.
