A couple suggestions I came up with from playing the game:
1) Perhaps make the playable time longer or even infinite
2) If you're not close with a woman and she's in the W.C. then you speak to her while being in there she'll get mad or disgusted by you
3) Possible ways to make income as for some reason I am not able to go to the places that can generate income so unless that's a bug I suggest adding more ways perhaps from your phone
4) Add more to the personality traits, so if a woman is married but has a slutty personality she'll easily cheat even with low love influence
5) Add stats that can help with certain tasks, you could go for the basic "Strength" "Charm" "Intelligence" and each stat would attract different types of women, such as if you have high strength and are at the gym or pub you'll gain bonus influence while being in those areas, if you have charm and at the university (besides the library) or in their home or your home also gain bonus influence and so on
6) The "Ask if want sex for money" should be implemented but you're sex knowledge needs to be up, while on the topic of sex knowledge if you've read their personality and have maxed out sex knowledge, while having sex the options will show you a hint in which will gain the most pleasure
7) Lastly, fix the grammar a bit and it should be a solid game once the art style improves and some of these suggestions are added

What do you mean with your first point? As far as I remember, Influencing never had a time limit so I'm not sure what you mean with making "playable time longer".

It would. Every minor in a sex game, even if they are NPCs not involved in sexual stuff, are a red flag for Patreon. There already have been some devs that fell into that trap.

Well. that's unfortunate... is there any workaround maybe? I mean, as I've said already, women giving birth to adult characters would be very strange. Besides, are you sure children will automatically alert Patreon? I've seen a few games on here that do in fact feature kids and the games are still alive and kicking on there. Peasant's Quest features your own kids walking around (tho they have no 3D models of their own, only sprites) and 'The Hard Way' includes actual 3D models of your kids as well (them being toddlers even). So... I'm not sure if there's some sort of double standards going on or if there needs to be something specific for Patreon to lose their cool.

There is indeed an actual time limit in the game because Crow had issues with savefile sizes becoming too large. It's the main reason on why Pregnancy itself wasn't fully fleshed out too (he mentioned it back then) until he resolves that issue. I'm not sure what the limit itself is but afaik it's around 90 days? Maybe even 180.

Wow, I never knew that. Never got that far to be honest. But yeah, that time limit should definitely be removed so we can keep playing for as long as we like.

On the other hand, games like "The Last Oasis Before Chastity" or "Goodbye Eternity" had to age up minor characters because of Patreon. So it's a risky move to have such characters in your game.

I'm pretty sure the workaround is VERY simple. Creator just makes himself another account and posts a "mod" to his own game with all the forbidden ideas. But for some reason devs fear to try that, and instead choose to comply to Patreon's ridiculous, inconsistent, anti-human demands.

Threesome is possible, yes. Form a team then engage in sex with someone else and call the person from your team over by clicking their portrait at the top. They need to have high active voyeurism skill or they will leave again. If they have high enough intimacy with you and your sex partner or you have high dominance or you disabled sex preference in the game settings you can invite them to the action by clicking on their portrait at the top. You can remove people from the action by clicking on their portraits at the top left, this way you can have sex with many people in one session simply by switching them out.

Home invasions or non-consensual sex are not possible as far as I know. It is possible that you can be blackmailed by homeless people if they catch you cheating on your partner.

The devs aren’t prioritizing trans/futa content right now, though there are already some mechanics in place, but yours is an interesting take. Do you see a difference between how these characters work in fantasy vs. how trans people could be written in a more grounded way? Not white-knighting here, just curious. I admit that my own take on trans characters in games is mostly fetishistic, and any weirdness in that stance is entirely on me.

That said, I’d love to see this aspect developed more in the future - like a mix of dynamics where the main character (or others) could transform themselves but still have full agency over their role, whether dominant, submissive, or a switch, regardless of their starting gender or transformation state. Some surprise events could be fun, too—lab accidents or some NPC mischief! As long as things stay reversible and fit the sandbox structure, it could add a lot of fun.
