What happens is, if you die to the boulder in the previous area, you respawn and then do it again, the boulder doesn't trigger either. This sequence break is probably what's causing the dialogue to fail as well and thus the wall never gets removed.I haven't been able to replicate the wall bug on two of my different machines. The only invisible walls are during dialogues for important parts, they go away once the dialogue is done. If others have the same problem I'll just remove the dialogue all together in that part because I haven't been able to understand the issue
Yeah, it's a nice way to do it since they are trapped in there. I could let the Mayoress explain that point. So I randomly had an idea or two
As for the morality of 'getting knocked up left and right', I think going with the "this place could really use more kids so not an issue if you keep getting knocked up lmao we'll take care of it all" seems to be the easiest way out of that issue (if you could call it that)
About people's biggest complaint, I think upping the brightness to the point that the darkest spot could be at most described as "dimly-lit" (you could still see the outline and most obvious traits of things but still dark) would be alright, keeps the tone and keeps the game playable
I have planned everything in regard to the story, but as you can see... I'm definitely open to changing things considering my dumb-ass brain. The transformation is progressive and completes itself at the end.So far a very strong demo! Impressive for your first game!
I think the story gets off to a strong start, and made me interested in all the characters currently present. My only issue is with the invisible wall text, and how long it takes to get through it before you're let through. The platforming was relatively intuitive, compared to some other games on here, and despite some issues already mentioned (lack of visibility in places, some sluggish controls, especially when sliding), it was pretty easy, once you'd died a few times, to work out when and where to jump, run, slide, etc.
1. Can we know which villagers/route will give what kind of transformation/corruption?
2. Will we be locked into a villager's route once we start staying with them, or can we switch between?
3. The size of some rooms is too large for how empty they are, and feel like they should either be smaller or have some NPCs for population.
4. The auto run level was certainly out of the box for this type of game, and while I definitely didn't mind it, it did feel a little empty.
Definitely looking forward to more!
Oh damn, now I get itWhat happens is, if you die to the boulder in the previous area, you respawn and then do it again, the boulder doesn't trigger either. This sequence break is probably what's causing the dialogue to fail as well and thus the wall never gets removed.
Since it should now be very easy to replicate for you (just die to the boulder, and then go through it again), you should be fine on fixing it, too. Reloading the save, by the way, fixes the boulder trigger and therefore also the dialogue trigger, and the invisible wall disappears normally, too.

i would be stoked if she could take some of the minor things outside of the dungeon with her, unknown to her... and then x months later.Fair question, as a fan of that content myself I always wonder the same in videogames(I've been blue balled so many times) So I'm not going to bullshit you.
- In the Demo is a bad end (It's in the preview thumbnail)
- If she get knocked up by the villagers... well that would stop her from escaping. And some of them will try to do just that. Which is a bad end (If you get me talking, I would say that I'd like to add a small after-ending episodes with her life as pregnant but that would mean the game is [completed])
- I've planned a quest with Boto the Doctor. He needs a "worm monster" for his medicines. She can get pregnant by that slug-like monster. Keep it or sell it to Boto the Doctor. If she keeps it... well, things might escalate. Many times.
- The second level of the game will involve a frog monster that has little eggs petrified by the cave(Lore moment) she can decides to revive them by unconventional means. But giving life implies taking responsibility during her adventures(she can go back to visit him)... well, things might escalate.
- I'm open to suggestion of course! I can change the type of monster or creature of course.
This worked for me. Thank youTo everyone who is getting error 0x80004005, I found out that you can avoid this problem by extracting with WinRAR. Hope this helps.
