Yeah, I usually use kissing as the repeat button for sex. Although according to the guide the last two scenes both need medium, and not sure what percentage that is.

If all else fails the scene unlocking (and sensitivity) cheat is still part of the 4.0.6 patch.

The censoring is part of the artwork, you can't just turn it off. Looking in the I think bits that can be easily swapped for the old uncensored one have been.

3.0.22 pretty much is, fully decensored with some extra fixes and mods. If I had to only choose only one version to have around (or the one to start with right now) that would be it.

That 4.0.6 post has links to the change log and description of whats new in 4.0.6 at the bottom. 4.0.6 replaced some of the art, the UI and changed the aspect ratio. Also how the clothes parts and colour work. It added a sex position, but also had some (more) bits cut for time.

The patch maker said it would be slow but it's been months since a update. The developers currently working on a releasing a new game but did post some art for Teaching Feelings birthday, it should be ongoing unless they announce otherwise.
