Doing a replay through so the sister is still around as she is apparently needed for the new quest.
What I realized as I was exploring the game is if I had the choice I'd go for a Belle route. She is by far the best choice of all the girls and seems the best fit for the MC's personality (at this time).
It is obvious from the continuity of the VN Belle (dev) you have a story line laid out but it could have been funny if the crone would have gotten a bit back at Belle after she had sex with the MC by teasing (lying to) her that the infertility spell is not effective on pixies because they have only one gender. One freaked out petite pixie. lol

Had them both together now a min 10 times, fucked sister every which way possible during the threesome with Callie, the pixie says You need to use magic if You want to fuck Callie, tried that endlessly, no option for magic to use to fuck Callie, am stumped now.

The developer has already stated that the spell for enabling sex with Callie is not in this version of the game. It will be added in a future update.
I specifically overplayed the game to leave my sister. I hope the developer in the future updates will add the ability to return her

@Belle already stated many time if she leave she will never return.you must live with the consequences.
Pixies don't reproduce in a human way but grow from plants. They don't have a reproductive system that works the same way as ours, so they can't get pregnant.Some time ago I asked Belle how she can reply to us if she can't read. I got "Invade mind doesn't work on the fey" as the answer. So, maybe, magic doesn't work on them, on pure fey, at all or in very specific, limited way?
What do you say about that, @Belle. Are you pregnant already?
That's quite the claim. Care to elaborate why it's stupid that she won't return when she explicitly states in her letter that she won't?
sorry I just attached to her and such a bummer I just hoped for her return. Although it is enough just to rewrite the game and it will remain so that any mistake is your mistake

You might as well ask the people who made the fey mythology, to begin with. The way I see it, faeries and humankind are linked on several levels, including sexual, but they don't need each other for reproduction. Mythology is filled with examples of humans and fey seeking each other out for sex or romance, but I can't recall seeing examples of this producing children. Why do they seek each other out? Because the two races are two sides of the same coin, linked but forever separate.So why do they have bobs and vagene?
In LLtP's setting, fey and humans have an ancient relationship where both sides give and take. Pixies can be summoned to serve alongside wizards, dryads take human lovers to sate their desire for life, and so on. You'll see more examples of this before this story is done. The two races are attracted to each other because nature decided that this was the best way to make them interact in a constructive way.

They don't give birth or feed their young from their breasts. Actually, strike that last part, they may have older fey feed younger ones with nectar or somesuch from their breasts.
What's the biological reason that fey have organs that look so much like mammal primary and secondary sexual organs? The story reasons are obvious - to have us (the players) lust after them!
The geek in me is curious!

Well, it's obvious that Fey (at least some of them) and humans can reproduce. That's how we got our delightful squire
Unless magic was involved and her lineage was from design instead of lust.
