And this is just my theory and personal opinion based on previous observations.
Possibly number 3, gonna say 2 is also possible but unlikely, very doubt full on 1, 4, 5, and 6.
Given the size and time to make of previous updates IE:
Frist part.1, part.2, part.3, part.4, part.5, part.6, part.7, part.8 part.9.
None of which were whined over having to wait for by most of the players here at the time.
But Definitely number 7 though.

Quick bets on which way Dim is going with the Katana girl: Is she a Yakuza hired assassin/retriever? Is she here to 'rescue" Rin? Is she hired by Rin's family to bring her home? Is she another debt girl trying to reconnect? Is she a HUGE red herring to distract us while we gear up for Barb's Bitches?

Not directing this at your comment, but as a general comment to the topic. I am always amazed and dismayed when a false premise is accepted as a foundation for discussion. The last 5 updates of LRH have averaged 868 still renders and 63 animations. Anyone who wants to claim that this constitutes "small" updates is either being disingenuous and flippant or they are an idiot. Jus' Sayin'No disrespect I can see you thought about this but.

Ok, serious topic this time. When we take down Barb's Bitches, it is a given that all of the Patches will not survive. What do we do with the Prospects and hang arounds who DO NOT actively participate in the confrontation? Do we sleep them with Quack or do we just tax them their bikes and exile them to Barstow?

Ok, there are a lot of love interests compared to the last chapter i played. Too many that it's detrimental to the VN. At this rate, most of the girls aren't gonna get sufficient screentime. I honestly prefer to have a smaller pool of love interests but you get wholesome dates and lengthy character stories with deep narratives rather than dozens of love interests but their personal quests are just some pep talk and riding to the outback to fuck.
Minions downfall is a forgone conclusion. I'm more interested in the Mayor, City Council and the Cartel, provided the dev intends them to have a major role in the story. There's so much narrative potential in these factions and in all honesty they're a bigger power & possible threat than Minions. It will drag our MC deeper into the political arena, besides he's already wearing 2 hats with his public persona(Rachael marriage & her business partnership with her mom) and leading the biker gang on the other side of the coin. There's also the Yakuza though it seems they're gonna play only a minor role and restricted to Rin's storyline, which is a shame.
Probably just cut off the head and the followers will all scatter. It does not seem that Rogues want a full blown war. Goes the same for the mayor and the cartel. It's obviously in the best interest of all these factions to avoid full blown war.

Your opinion like others, but won't change and it is not a bug its a feature. Also Dima as one of the few devs I believe can pull this. We get our big chunks of stories from them (Rin and Nora, even Leelee
) had or get their own update. Sarah's bachlorette party is another, I assume, big event that will happen.I do believe they will get a bigger role and will be introduce regardless if or if your not on Rin's path. The whole "mess" with the different fractions is only at the beginning and the Minions are just the first and most likely the one that are the most harmless too.

The Cartel is pretty much safe from the Rogues in the big picture. With O'Keeffe and Daughter the City Council can be modified to benefit the residents. The Mayor, in my scenario(THEORY) is going to be fun to bring down. Mr Family Values is too vulnerable to the Tracy/Jessy news not to mention Desiree and Ryker's possible love child. "Mayor's daughter connected to Biker Gang" headlines can kill a re-election campaign if we can find a better candidate to elect. Ryker is newly patched, he might inherit the "Enforcer" patch but not Prez yet(Sluggo). In relation to O'Keeffe and Daughter he might be a liaison to RMC Entertainment but not active on the board per se. I am going 2 ways on Yakuza: 1-Katana is looking for Rin but with the Obuyan being down her orders might be to locate and protect, 2- Katana is NOT Yakuza but on a personal rescue mission. Of course any story content I propose is theory and conjecture. Dim might have the local cartel head in a meeting with Willie when the club house gets an IED tossed through a window, RMC might get deep in bed with local politics or any of 10,000 different scenarios.

HOLY SHIT! A scenario I hadn't thought of before! Yakuza's Obuyan directs Katana and her elite Shinobu to assist RMC in a localized take over of the cartel because they want to move in on the heavy substance market leaving the mild(420) to RMC and Los Vatos Locos.
