First of all, as the Dev states, if you choose the option where there is no sex, there is no sex. On the other hand, to corroborate this, there is the count of sexual encounters with the LIs, which in my case is at 0 with all of them except for a handjob with Gloria (and it is in fact a scene without mind control), which confirms that the MC has not had sex with any of them. So the sex scenes will be canonical, but they may not happen if the player wants it that way.

I've noticed a bug and a typo.
The Haru weekend morning event where you help her with her lawyer job triggers repeatedly, seemingly blocking her route from going forward.
And in the event where you look for Sarah in the hospital, "they" word is doubled:

now that i think about it there is only 2 scenes in game that are unavoidable Mindcontrol-less scenes
