not anytime soon. depends when dev gets his patreon back and if he AGAIN needs to do changes to game.I really like the game thus far, hopefully a new update soon.

Gives you a more dominant relationship with her. No other effects in regards to story as far as I can tell.

we don't know unless he has posted something to subs etc. most llikely patreon mod looked too deep in game files and found night scenes.

The Dev has not mentioned any reason or what changes he made. He's just waiting on Patreon to review the changes and give the all clear.
I'm guessing either like you said a deep dive, or the Isabel got drugged and raped scene. Tho you can interrupt it or avoid it she still is drugged kidnapped and stripped naked and they have in their guidelines against rape and anything close to non-consensual. Which is why the sleep scenes had to go apparently. I can't for the life of me think of anything else but who knows with Patreon.
My Personal hope is he now has a Subscribestar page so maybe he will get enough Subs to switch over to that and do away with Patreon all together. Although that would take a long time to rebuild the numbers.
I feel like any Dev who is going to want to include Incest ( the silly landlady), or anything close to non-consensual scenes just switches over to them to avoid Big Brother Patreon.

Also I feel like the scene tho I'm not a fan of it and wish it wasn't in the game, I don't think it technically breaks the guidelines since it's not for enjoyment it's portrayed as a violent act and given just a few images. Maybe her talking about how she felt aroused by it a bit might have been too much? I'm not sure. Feel like Patreon is splitting hairs with Lewdlab.

I don't remember it directly affecting any other relationships except the aunt, My morality was low on my playthrough and I was still able to pick the which relationship path I wanted with each girl. As far as individual scenes went it depends on the the path you were on for that girl (ie* Isabel's lust stat being high enough to get her to go back to your apartment after the spa."

So will updates be put on SubscribeStar until Patreon sorted out and then Patreon can catch back up or is it getting put on hold everywhere until Patreon is done?
I think they're waiting to resolve the patreon issue before posting any more updates on patreon or subscriebstar.
