In v0.26 Joyce/ Mom character gets 105 / 105 affection events. It keeps updating once you are done with certain scenes from kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom or pool etc.
Might want to check “objective” menu for Joyce or other characters and see if main story also other events that still remain unfinished.
Then check “calander” to find suitable time and place to trigger such events with selected candidates.

also is there any mod that allows u to skip through to getting affection points cuz its always a repeat so i use autoclicker to speed it up

No idea about any mod..
If you're doing the sandbox events you have to repeat them, but it's not tiresome grinding..
every time you "repeat" an event, it changes a little bit and earns affection points until the event text title turns grey..
what are sandbox events? are sandbox events at the harding residence where u go to the characters and do stuff with them to get affection points? eg (when joyce is doing yoga or reading in the living room)
whats the difference between those events and the events that happen when u click on an exclamation mark inside a circle in the bottom of the screen? sorry im just really new to these games
do u have any suggestions to a better looking/similar milf like joyce?She's the finest milf on the site imo, worth waiting for

You can access the sandbox events at any time/place in the game as long as you have the "menu bar" at the top of the screen by clicking on Calendar, and they start at the Harding's, the office, gym, or university..
On the same "bar" you have the Objectives which are the main story events for all the characters. If I recall correctly, some of these objectives do start with the exclamation mark you mention.

In any case, you don't just play the game. You must have done something different. The font used by the toolbar in your screenshot isn't the font used by the game.
1/ Where did you download the game?
2/ How did you install the game? (in a new folder or did you overwrite an existing installation of MP?)
i jut installed the game after i deleted the older versions and changed nothing
how do i change the font?

because v0.25 will contain almost 90% 4k enhanced videos of v0.26 of the game , plus , that is the latest version of video enhanced mod that can be found any way , there are no video enhance v0.26 yet .. so yea it kinda matters , and very much ( if a player cares to watch 4k quality )
