Sadly the game have nothing to do for me.Don't bring any excitement.Even the visual and story that I can admit are among the best simply don't bring nothing to me.Probably same way as some AAA games are just boring for me.

This game should have been an improvement and evolution of the developers' capabilities compared to Dreams of Desire, but it's not, it falls short and plummets into the Mariana Trench.

Don't get me wrong, the story is nice, the renders are beautiful, but the mechanics are horrible, and it destroys everything else that is good about the game. The good renders and story are not enough to make me want to delve into the shit abyss that is this form of free-roam.

There is logical free-roam, and a stupid fucking blind "click and see" free-roam. This game is the latter.

Dreams of Desire is one of my favorite games ever, this game doesn't even register on any list for me.

If you're a sadomasochist, this type of game is for you.

I don't like the sandbox but there's a hint system in this update so you won't miss any scenes and you'll always know what to do next. Also there are so many games with a fuck ton of locations, stats and confusing shit but this is not one of them.
The sandbow has 4 locations, house like 6 rooms and you have like 4 day phases (the hints tell you where to do something at what hour) and its really simple to see everything in the game without grinding stats/money or clicking 10 times to exit the house...
There are still so many games that don't even have a map button to exit quickly to the city map or a button to skip time wherever you want.

I agree and I wish he had started the game on renpy and without the sandbox because there'd be more content by now. At this point he is probably not going to change it to a linear VN so at least it's not grindy like so many other games.

It's getting very annoying to see some group of people, hivemind circlejerk to just go everywhere and just scream ''Not the quality of Philly, Philly is still the best, noone comes close, What is this game they should look up philly'' type of stuff, like shut the hell up already, geez.

We know that Philly is doing good games, but he's not the god of this genre, in my opinion there are better games than his for me and im not going everywhere i can shouting about it.

You don't have to remind how much of a fanboy you are in every thread that doesn't represent PhillyGames, with that mindset in a couple of months when this hivemind reaches higher power, there will be only place for one Dev on this site that is Philly and we will have the situation that AAA games have ''CDP RED GUD, EVERYTHING ELSE BAD" circlejerk, even tho i love CDP and the witcher series is my favorite ever.. /rant off

About the newest update i think it was alright(sadly short like 140 renders), but i hope that he will spend more time on reworking the whole freeroam system to make it simple as possible so then we can get finally a good amount of content like we had around DoD days..
This update brought some hints but there's still work that need to be done.
