How comes that this devs with such a comfortable work place have such problems with there health. (think about it)
Physical ailments and mental fatigue are two very different things. Imagine working a full-time schedule for however long only to release to the masses spewing comments such as, "Why did it take so long?.... 3 months for this?!!?... This game is shit... What a pathetic excuse for a Dev," etc. Every creator - good or bad - probably experiences some form of this harassment during their tenure, and I'm sure it feels unrelenting. There are only a few small pockets of individuals left that still practice the art of constructive criticism.

Not to say what you described above doesn't happen - I'm sure there are devs that take advantage of the online format. But this working environment could be considered as toxic as it gets. Sitting in a comfy chair that's surrounded by air conditioning doesn't water down all the venom thrown their way, whether it's deserved or not.

Maybe in this case it's true but most of them using "health problems" as an excuse for laziness.

Don't be so naive.

Learn from the past, every third big dev is extremely sick, what a coincidence.

I worked 5 Years on the construction in all weather conditions and was 2 times sick for 1 week (same goes for my co-workers) and im not a ubermensch that i am resistant to diseases.

How comes that this devs with such a comfortable work place have such problems with there health. (think about it)
Well for the Dr. Sin I am willing to give him a benefit of doubt that he's really sick (or even needed excuse to do sth IRL, idk really). He delivered so far one of the best lewd game out there and MP have big potential to become a next one.
Just hope he will finish and don't become "them" others...

The game's female character model is very nice, but the plot is very bad. The main character is a playboy, around him there will be lots of women. That makes conquering the women in the family so boring.
I think the main character is a nerd, and the virgin is more interesting.

I think you haven't follow this thread from the beginning. The Unity version was a mess, because his "coders" weren't able to code properly and used a pre-build engine bought from Unity Assets Store. Later they quit and Lewdlab decided to port back to Ren'Py and hired Maim Lian (a well-known Ren'Py Modder) to help him to code MP in Ren'Py.

Not a Unity problem since there are other games using Unity without a problem.

No, I have not followed this thread extensively but, then I don't get it why has he gone back to Ren'py then? I mean if his coders quit you would just get new ones to code for Unity surely? I mean there must of been an reason to port the game over.

Because pre-build "engines" are not easy to flex in a way as you want to. But as you said before, everything what was added in the Unity version could have been made in Ren'Py as well.

I still think there never been any coder for Unity and Lewdlab tried to "code" it himself. However, it is an accusation from my side what I can't prove. But I'm glad he hired Lian to help him, because this guy knows what he does!

The music is pretty good but everything else leaves much to be desired. And the roommate and landlord thing is really stretching it it here.... "twin roommate" "shared womb" The same problem I had with Dreams of Desire is here that we are forced along a certain path doing things that some players wouldn't like with some characters they don't like. But then the opening establishes the lead character as a cheater so I guess this isn't the game for those who'd like to pursue individual characters.

Can someone please help me I have a few things I’m stuck on:

1. It says Thorne will call me at an unconvenant time most likely in the early morning but he still hasn’t called

2. It says to meet the Mom in the kitchen in the afternoon to check on her after the little dinner incident but every time I go into the kitchen in the afternoon Ruby is there and all I can do is keep giving her the same massage.

It can certainly be stressful to say the least.
There have been times I've wanted to chew people out or outright throw my PC through a window.

To mitigate this, I try do the following:-

Generally you have to learn to navigate the minefield of people's expectations,
understand extreme kinks have extreme reactions.
Always try to be straight up with your audience, even if you've fucked up, admitting to a fuck up is a hundred times better than lying about a fuck-up.

But yes, public attitude towards you can swing wildly I've found.

Dr. Sin made some decisions he's clearly regretted with the game's development, (hindsight is a bitch), but overall he is reliable and still produces some of the best looking stuff around IMO.
