there is literally a skip time option right beside the phone button top of the screen to the left of the phone. you can skip all the way to night

No, it's in the menu where you can click on the Phone to see what events are available. I just reinstalled the game without any mods to verify. (But for some reason I can't get a damned screenshot, it's just a black screen when I try, so I can't provide an image.)


EDIT: OK, you can't skip time at night, only during the day or evening, the option doesn't appear at night. And I got a screenshot finally:

my save must be bugged,,its not on my menu...i started a new game and its there..
