This is off-topic:
It depends on how the dev programmed the save and load system in the game.
For example the save in MotH are located in savegames folder, next to the .exe.
For Timestamps, Unconditional Love the saves are located here: %localappdata%/VNGINE/Timestamps/Saves (Persistent Save-System)
No idea where The Twist has the save folder, because I don't play the game.
About Midnight Paradise:
The save and load function should be available in the upcoming update. I guess the saves will be located in the same places as for MotH.

it's only 0.1. version 0.2 will be out tomorrow. It's incezt like dod, u can download incezt patch on first page. Game will have feet and foot fetish, but as i said it's only 0.1 now, so not to mutch fun yet.

Probably version v.0.1.0 beta. Not sure if the save and load function is enabled after you come back home and meet the "landlady". Never played it further than that yet.
In one of his first Developer notes he mentioned to improve the save-system to enable saves at any point in the game.
In this case my above answer isn't very "accurate" ... thanks for pointing this out!

The note on the Dev's page says "the week of April 8th". So sometime this week. I've seen Thursday floated around in this thread as the day. So it's likely still a couple of days.
