Jane's doesn't bother me as much as Turner's. Maybe it's because of the improved quality of the images. But still, the perfect proportion is the landlady's.
In new apartment, when you are in the bedroom, there is icon in the right corner with booty that has hand on it. Click that. If you have Lains mod, then it is on the left side, on the white closet door above the black glass table. You need to be on either morning or afternoon to trigger the booty call.
