Definitely not American, that is 100%.Still a day in the USA west coast for example. (we dont even know the timezone he lives in lol)
how do you know def not usa? tbf I suspected he was eastern european or something but he never disclosedDefinitely not American, that is 100%.
First of, his posting times. Not the time that American would do. Second, even though he has really good English language, it is not his first language. Can be seen from the grammar fails he makes all the time. With those, and how he described the lockdowns during the year, I'd say he is French.how do you know def not usa? tbf I suspected he was eastern european or something but he never disclosed
In that case he shall be called "Le Doctor Sin"First of, his posting times. Not the time that American would do. Second, even though he has really good English language, it is not his first language. It was made clear in the early phase of the game, that Raymond is really conservative kind of man so he doesn't want either of his daughters to have anything to do with his company, but only his sons. So this obviously leaves Isabel out of it who was mentioned to work somewhere else, and Ruby works for Connor so she is a no go also. Auntie has her own business, so obviously she can't be in this position. Joyce is also working somewhere else. Melissa doesn't seem like a character who could work in such company or even in such position where this new character is supposed to be working. That leaves only Eliana available, but since she has been out of the Midnight City in a different school for some time, she can't be the one for this role because Dr. Sin let us understand that this character is supposed to be someone who has worked in this company for some time, since she is stated to be needed for the main plot.Like Isabel or ex-girlfriend, or the aunt, or whoever.
This is the biggest problem that this game has. It is not released in chapters or even acts, because it's "sandbox" game, so instead it's just released in separate updates that gives you x-amount of content instead of having some linear progress where everything and everyone are tied together, like in DoD. And now, when there is going to be the real separation of the characters since you can avoid someone or just focus on one character, with upcoming 10+ endings... Here is a possibility that it is something really amazing or then just mere mess.in every chapter instead of disapperaing for 5 episodes, reappearing for brief moment just to disappear again.
I think you're almost right but I'd say Belgian, judging by the way he writes.First of, his posting times. Not the time that American would do. I don't think he has lost his interest in the project since he all the time has new stuff to introduce for it, but I wouldn't be too sure about the fans or other people being interested in this project if this keeps going on for longer. I mean it's already been six months without an proper update and that is way too long, no matter how much he is telling about all the nice things of his project. Instead of just telling what you do, how about showing it too.I'm more concerned about recent delays than about his nationality, thou...
It makes me think he possibly has lost interest in his creation or he doesn't have a clear planning with the story and the character development.
As usual my two cents.
I know that their individual stories are incompatible with the main plot so far, or at least the role of the new character. My problem is, and I said it in my comment, that those characters are written in a way that they can't be a part of the story now. If they were written with the main story in mind, it would have been possible to incorporate them into it much better. Now they are completely separate. So far it's a total mess and it doesn't seem to be getting in line. I think that they will play some side role in the main story, but they should have played a major role in the main plot, imo. It doesn't make me care for the plot, because it doesn't involve the love interests. And because love interests aren't involved in the plot, character interactions with them are mundane and cookie cutter. It was made clear in the early phase of the game, that Raymond is really conservative kind of man so he doesn't want either of his daughters to have anything to do with his company, but only his sons. I was thinking about this when I wrote the post, and I can only hope, that it will work more organically in later part of the game when it's finished. So far it's very disjointed no matter how you play. Even if I play all the "character questlines" simultaneously, switching between them, I don't see much connection between other characters and other stories. Only very superficial ones, like their family status or backstory, which also is not reflected in the game's actual story that much, mostly in mentions. It is not released in chapters or even acts, because it's "sandbox" game, so instead it's just released in separate updates that gives you x-amount of content instead of having some linear progress where everything and everyone are tied together, like in DoD
