Same old incest storyline with beautiful renders and amazing animations.

Play this game if you want to fap to top class renders but do not expect a griping story or character development.

The writing is absolutely lazy and full of the same old incest tropes. The girls are too easy and absolutely don't mind being naked in front of MC right from the start. The dialogues aren't deep or aimed at character development, it's just filler convos to take the relationship to the stage of fucking.

I didn't enjoy the build up, seduction and getting to know the characters at all.

Before update 0.17 the game was quite average, except for decent renders, and a few sandbox events, however after 0.17 the game is amazing now!! Theres so many different sandbox events for each of the main LIs, the developer still needs to sort out some of the orders of sandbox event, as they sometimes dont make any sense, however in general the content has almost doubled and i can see the sandbox vision the developer has tried to deliver. Now is the perfect time to try out this game, will keep you entertained for hours

The only sandbox game that I don't mind grinding. Honestly there isn't much grind. The guide is easy to use and everything is explained quite nicely. The text doesn't seem like it was written by a horny teenager and actually has some depth.

The music of this game is really great as well. It might be the only game I have played with music ON.

Unsually, a VN that made me rage quit. It looks good, sure, but I'm firmly in the camp of "MC is a douchebag and should probably be taken out back and shot like a dog" and I really don't get how there are people defending him. Secondly, it's a mess of a sandbox. Illogical and badly structured. Despite there being hints and objectives, it's way to easy to end up in a situation where you're just randomly clicking on things/people in the hope that THIS time it will do something. I could probably come up with a third and fourth reason but I seriously don't want to waste more time on it.

UPDATE for V0.25 Returned to see how things are progressing. Its been about a year, so quite a few updates in. Continues to be beautiful graphics, good english and an engaging story.

I have been playing the love paths, there are lust, dom, sub and such for various LIs. Really nice talk on the love path's (yes vanilla) but good and heartwarming, lots of great sex scenes and some animations.

Very nice, would love to see more of the main story, but it does seem to be progressing. Like to see more of the Mayor and some deeper committment on the relationship side - minor impregnation talk, be nice to see more of that. I used the mod, so was able to see both the ex girlfriend and BFF girl in one playthrough, would like that to be part of the standard game.

Played this (v.018) for the first time. An enjoyable run with a good amount of game time.

This is a incest sandbox type game, graphics are really nice, did not encounter any errors and enjoyed the game.

Plot, really seems to develop later in gameplay, seems to be progressing and kept my attention, and I began to look forward to how things progressed. Plot is interesting and its not all about banging mom and sisters, seems to flow good.

Graphics are very well done, the backgrounds, city, npcs etc all are very good.

Grind, there is some, but most of the stages and progression are unique scenes and the calendar is extremely well done so you can do your progression with unique scenes.

Relationships, I have seen some reviews that spoke about the LIs not being very deep and little is known about them...???? Each have a rather unique story, and their own personalities. Very well done.

Kinks - well incest is the main focus, Mom is a MILF, a Teacher MILF, the two sisters are different as well but all very well done. An Aunt shows up, a Mafia MILF, crazy ex girlfriend, a mysterious Asian type. Some minor fem dom, minor male dom, a little foot fetish (avoidable) some impregnation talk during sex, creampies. Even with the patch didn't see any sleep sex (cool with me).

Really well done, yes there are allot of games of this type, but this is very well done and enjoyable. English is good, did not appear to be any horrible errors.

Fap fest..well in the beginning no, and I was a little frustrated as it did take quite awhile to finally bang someone...but then it came like an avalanche. Replays, booty calls and repeatable events were there. So the reward of playing through to the later parts of the game were there and very satisfying. Sex scenes were well done, a little short, but later encounters were longer and enjoyable.

So far, one of the better bang mom and sisters game I have encountered. Hope it continues, looking forward to the story.

oh and if using name change mod, the text messages still come in with the "connor" name. Mild but a little irritating.

This game is gold man, love the mother and teacher. The UI is so satisfying, easy and simple to play, thanks for developers, animations is very good to and models is beautiful, all models. Really love this game

I am playing this game continuesly, not every update, but every second or third. I saw a great potential in this game and the developer seems to knows what players want mostly (in my case) Story is unique and special, you can't compare it with some other games in here. When this story ends it has a lot of space to make sequel with new characters and continue with old ones. About graphics, well... Graphics are just amazing and detailed, smooth and the models are just looking sexy, without any oversizing. In future I would like to see longer animation only, longer from 30 seconds, that could be so awesome. About game playability... Good triggering plans, a lot of information is implemented so you can't miss anything or get lost. It is not possible to miss any content at all. Tempo of the game is middle speed, maybe should slow it down a bit but keep sexinest and provocating by it high level. Best regards and keep smashing.

Review for v0.17 Elite

Midnight Paradise is the textbook example of incest sandbox games. If you play this one, you've essentially played fifty other games on the site too (and vice versa). It's a generic, almost mind numbing experience that stands out in very few ways from the next.

What this game lacks more than anything is personality. It is EXTREMELY forgettable. I actually had this mixed up with another incest sandbox before playing it, and I had even played this multiple times in the past. I forgot half the characters in this even existed. Why is that?

It's because the game only ever sheds light on them in one scenario: the MC perving on them. The game almost never takes time to show you anything about their personality or lives outside of the house. It never takes the time to build character. The love interests all exist in bubbles and hardly ever interreact with each other. Almost every single event I played took place inside the MC's house. In short, it gets incredibly stale very quickly.

The recent addition of the sandbox events and systems solves this a bit, but nowhere near good enough. First, it's bloated. Some of the events last like 3 dialogue lines and do almost nothing to build any sort of tension or advance plot. Second, they are again just generic as hell. How about instead of giving me ten different scenes of the MC peeping, create some events of the family actually being a family. I'd love to see breakfasts with the sisters, going out into town with the mom, etc etc. But we don't get any of that, and I feel no attachment to these characters because of it.

The next thing is pacing. There is indeed some build up, but the payoff was not at all satisfying. The way lewd events happen is just so unceremonious. Not to mention how easy it is to sort of sequence break with the new events. I can walk into the bathroom and grope the mom, but she freaks out when I get close to her in the kitchen.

The MC is unlikable. The game can't go a sentence without giving him thoughts about a girls ass or boobs when interacting with them. More than that though, he's just a bit of a douchebag? Annoyingly cocky, dumb as hell, and just constantly saying stupid shit. I almost wish that Russian mafia boss would have indeed put the bullet into his head for talking to her like a troubled middle schooler talks to his mom. Would have been the most interesting thing in the entire game.

The writing, as you might expect, isn't any better. I almost feel like this game is afraid to beef up the story segments because it doesn't want to stray too far from the lewd stuff. It feels rushed and doesn't have a lot of depth to it. Then it throws us a character who exists purely as an attempt to create some sort of intrigue with vague statements about not everything being as it seems. It feels like the dev even tries to apologize for it by throwing in weird sex scenes with that character right after because she needs us to be "focused." It's dumb.

There's a lot of other things to nitpick about, but those are the core issues for me that immediately come to mind. At present, this really is just another generic incest sandbox that doesn't really do anything well enough to be considered good for me.

But all of that being said, sometimes you get into a mood where you want to shut your brain off and play a game like this, and for that, Midnight Paradise works.

Lewdlab did a great job, but a few "issues" are quite distracting:

SPOILER:

1) The most obvious is the extreme lengths the story goes to avoid the obvious creepy "incest" story line. It's quite clear "Landlord" & "Landlady" are Connor's father & mother. The "Roomates" are his sisters, and "Neighbor" is his aunt (Joyce's sister?) Early in the story, the other young guy in the house (Logan) is identified by Connor (the main character) as his "twin brother".

Why would "Landlord" be concerned so about his "tenants" education, sending Connor to college and awarding his entire company to one of the brothers? Who originally bought (broke/jobless) Connor the convertible Corvette?

The entire awkwardness could "easily" be fixed if switched to a "Dad's hot girlfriend and her two hot daughters" scenario. Connor's billionaire father built a huge pharmaceutical company and now wants one of his sons to take over the family business. "Dad" has been neglecting his long-time girlfriend (who can now be only a few years older than Connor.)

The two girl "tenants" are clearly sisters, but Connor doesn't have to be their brother (or even Stepbrother.) It would also explain why the girls were unfathomably not included in the challenge.

It would all read MUCH more naturally w/o the obvious stilted dialog and confusing character roles, trying to avoid the obvious subtext.

2) Several dozen spelling & grammar mistakes. Lewdlab should consider adding an optional "bug" button to the corner of every dialog box that allows readers to self-report errors by sending a screenshot and some text explaining what is wrong. Let your readers do the work. A lot easier than trying to hunt down all those mistakes yourselves.

3) Once certain "sexual thresholds" had been passed, earlier "sexual goals" (eg: "seeing her naked") should be aged out. It makes no sense that "Ruby" would still be bratty & shy after the relationship progresses as far as it eventually does.

For the most-part, the story is good, the graphics are very well done, and it held my attention. But please, make the necessary changes.

So i'll get this out of the way first since it's the reason i think 95% of the people are here: The visuals, and sex scenes are great here. The dev writes the sex scenes well and has a good eye for arousing visuals. This game delivers tremendous looking and raunch family sex. The game provides a decent narrative framework and the sexual tension between the MC and his family ramps up at a nice and arousing pace.
I'd recommend playing with the WT mod as it helps a great deal navigating the sandbox.

The reason i'm not giving this 5 stars is the overall narrative. This may be kind of unfair because i've probably given games with worse stories 5 stars so i may be finally getting incest porn game fatigue here, but the main narrative here just isn't doing much for me. It's pretty absurd, unnecessarily obtuse and railroads the MC into some mind-numbingly idiotic decision.
There may be a payoff, there may be an explanation coming, but i can only take so much: "you aren't ready for the truth yet" from exposition dump character A before my brain starts glazing over.

The game is written by a native English speaker and this story isn't bad enough to make me stay away from the porn but it is going to keep me from rating as high as games with better storytelling.

Overall despite it's flaws, it's still highly recommended for people who are into the kinks: MILFs, Incest and maledom as that content is excellent here and the models animations and game overall look great. People not into that stuff may not get as much milage.

The game is HUGE!

Unfortunly, i didn't find any rape scene, but there is harassment in a lot of imersive ways.

The game gives you a real sensaion of freedom, a lot of options and a lot of incest (with is the main focus).

Version 0.17 Elite. Alright, so the game has had a major rework with both positive and negative consequences.

The good:

There has been an expansion of the material available for the girls, the interface is mostly clean and intuitive, the story is good and the models are both attractive and mostly have realistic body shapes. The good mostly outweighs the bad, but I'm going to talk about the bad more, because there are some major issues.

The bad:

With all the extra girl filler and material made available there wasn't a corresponding expansion of the story, even after all this time waiting. In large part due to that you spend an undue amount of time relationship building without advancing the story enough. It is unbalanced, hence the "grinding " that people are complaining about. The biggest problem in this process is that you have a lot of levelling up to do in very small increments that involve seeing some actions/conversation over and over again, which rapidly because very tiresome and leads to you clicking as quickly as possible to get through it. The sandbox is NOT the problem. In fact the sandbox works quite well and there's lots of guidance and really and truly no walkthrough should be necessary. The problem is that initiating each action to get to know the LIs better means that you have to sit through everything you saw and read before, plus the extra little tidbit (or sometimes not, sometimes you just keep repeating until it advances). It just keeps repeating and gradually lengthening the sequences. This adds a lot of unnecessary and undesirable time to gameplay.

There are 3 main LIs, the mom and the two sisters. While each is a different person there are two many similarities in their conquests. Oh no, we shouldn't, what if we get caught, there's a line not to cross, you're a perv bro but I love it etc etc. There should be a greater variety of paths to seduction.

Some of the time inconsistencies make the storyline a little weird. Some of the "getting to know you" sequences can take place after the "I've already conquered you" stage so it feels a bit disjointed

There's a great deal of repetitive sex play that may not be avoidable. Early in the game you're asked to comment on the brother's preferences and an indication of whether you find foot play gross or great. Even if indicate that you don't like it you're still going to get a bunch of it anyway. Foot and ass fetishists will get lots here, as will the tit fucking enthusiasts. If you really hate any of the above then skip the game because it's unavoidable.

The time consuming aspect of the levelling process means that replayability is questionable. This is especially a problem because you're asked to make a very decisive choice relatively early on about whether you're going to be affectionate or dominant with one of the sisters. To go through both paths probably means an extra 3 hours of replay (I'm just guessing, not really sure how much time it takes, but it's long). This is problematic because in this version everyone had to start from scratch. I could not use my previous saves. If we ever had to go back and start from scratch again then I would straight up dump the game. It's fine to go through once but not again.

So, as I said I spent more time talking about the bad than the good, but overall the game is fun, and I will look forward to the next update (hopefully quicker than the last one) but, the storytelling has to pick up and less time needs to be devoted to relationship building in order to make this as fun as it could be, actually as fun as it was initially when everything was in better balance and flowed better. I look at this as a developmental bump while everything was being reconfigured, but it needs to get back on track or it's going to lose a lot of players.

The sandbox rework is excellent, I usually hate those types of games but this is probably the best sandbox experience in any game here. It has a clean UI, a nice guide, it's very straightforward, it has plenty of content that is also consistent with the story progress and most importantly it doesn't waste your time.

About the rest of the game well, it's still one of the best in terms of renders and animations. The story is interesting, the writing is excellent and the build up is much improved with the new sandbox. Install the patch, obviously.

The only thing missing in this game is sound effects, the quality certainly demands for those. It would make the already incredible experience so much better. The few music tracks are bangers but it could use some more too.

Lewdlab never fails to deliver with its games. The artwork, storyline, characters, and mechanics are all superbly made. Every release is genuinely worth the wait.
I am looking forward to more games in the future. Hopefully, they will have ventures into the medieval setting and fantasy genre. And maybe, with some added management and character creation mechanics. Best of luck, and more power to the studio.

Well, this game got a rework and some things were changed like removed (sleepsex which was useless) and added content (text messages which is also boring). Honestly, you spend a lot of time with a sandbox and point n click and when you get to the end you have to be disappointed. I say this because incestuous corruption is very weak, you don't feel much attraction, desire, something you are manipulating, yes, there is manipulation and such things but it is not of great quality, but on the other hand it is not that poorly made or horrible thing, we could say that it is acceptable but with a good quality it is a little discouraging. Maybe this happens because you spend a lot of your time doing this and that and things seem to take time, the scenes are very rare to happen, in fact the sexual content is very little and you have to make an effort to be able to like it since there comes a time you'll rather close the game and watch or do something else.

The quality of the game is good, but I can't find it to be great or excellent, many things there or here that end up becoming boring where you gradually lose interest even though there are more scenes arising in other ways (booty calls). I could say that the dev got lost with his story but at the same time there is no constructive story, but that the gameplay could have been reduced, so it stays in the middle ground. It will probably be difficult for me to come back in future updates, I'll wait for the game to be completed and maybe the experience will be better, because it was a long wait for an ''okay'' content.

Review for Midnight Paradise v0.18 Elite:

Summary: A good amount of content and above-average adult entertainment. It's worth playing if you've got the 5+ hours of time it takes to play (as of v0.18). It's kind of heavy on feet, anal, and male-domination content but most of that is optional. It looks like the game has gone through at least two distinct under-the-hood reworkings that have caused inconsistencies and confusion and it really feels unpolished for a game that's been in development for over 4 years. The only thing that's really holding it back from being a solid 4-star game is inconsistent updates and breaking save-games too many times. By the time it's complete, I expect it will be a good game; it's just not there, yet.

Story: 3.5/5 - It's a better-than-average story, but there really isn't all that much of a story as it just seems to be dragging due to other things. Most of the characters are likable and the MC isn't a complete moron.

Writing: 3.5/5 - The writing is also better-than-average but still not really good. It has some typos and translation errors. It's unfortunately frequently overshadowed by hard-coded relationships (landlord, landlady, tenant, and roommate) that override the player-entered relationships and sometimes don't even make sense (e.g., "my twin roommate").

Renders: 4.5/5 - The renders are generally really good. I like that more effort was put into the stuff that is most important for this type of game. The models for the girls are good, but I wouldn't call them excellent.

Animations: 4/5 - Animations range from above-average to excellent. However, the models almost always have excess distortion in lewd scenes.

Gameplay: 2/5 - In general, the ideas for gameplay are good, but the execution is relatively poor:

The good:
- Nice looking user interface. This one of the best sandbox interfaces I've tried. It looks good and it's easy to use, with only a few flaws.
- Good hint system for both the story objectives and the repeatable events.
- Indicators for choices that show which repeatable events the player has already seen.
- Rollback works across most choices.

The bad:
- The sandbox itself effectively exists to force the player to grind through the progressive/repeatable events. I spent about 5 hours playing from start through the end of v0.17, but there is maybe only 90 minutes of gameplay if you eliminate the grind.
- The storylines for each objective are mostly linear and there are many dependencies between the various storylines that block progression on stories for no apparent reason.
- The triangle/arrows to navigate "back" out of a room are small and not consistently placed on the screen.
- The dialogue/interaction choices have a checkmark to indicate when the player has exhausted all content for that choice or "(New)" when a choice becomes available. It's a great idea that saves players the trouble of keeping track of which content/events/interactions have been completed, especially when there are grindy events. However, it's not consistent and there are a few interaction screens where the checkmarks aren't used.
- The map should be available from anywhere, and it mostly is, but there are some locations where it isn't (nightclub, Sophia's home, Jane's Home).
- The game is grindy as fuck when trying to play through it all at once vs. just the most recent content. There are many events that occur only one time slot per week with multiple overlapping events in the same time slot, so player constantly have to play through another week. The game desperately needs a GUI icon for "skip to next day" that works anywhere and will cause the MC to wake up in his bed the following day.
- Most events must be manually initiated by clicking a choice or a GUI icon but some just trigger automatically. More inconsistency.
- Events in the Objectives list happen out of order with the repeatable events. E.g., a girl will say that it's her first time having sex with the MC even though she has sex with him weeks ago. There are a many of these chronological errors.
- The phone. Few games do well on phones. This one is no exception. If a player accidentally does a rollback right after closing the phone, the entire phone conversation will have to be repeated. Are there any players that think having realistic time waiting for a text reply is a good thing? Waiting for 5 seconds with "..." flashing on the phone and then a message pops up is a waste of time.
- I restarted at v0.17 because save games were broken again. This is the third time I've been burned by broken saves in this game.

Bugs: 3/5 - I only encountered 1 quest bug on this playthrough which was a progressive repeatable event that the hint system showed as never triggered. The game choices always said "(New)" no matter how many times I chose the option and played through the event. [Edit: this was fixed in v0.18]. Other than that, the main bugs are the hardcoded relationships that are everywhere. This game has been in development for over 4 years and gives players the option to change relationships, but the relationships are still hardcoded in dozens if not hundreds of lines of narration and dialogue.

This game is a pain.

The plot is credible, the characters are likable, the art are really go and sex scenes decently curated....

so what?!?

The pace of development is really slow and in all fairness I almost forgot the whole story after so much time since the last relase.

I am still a supporter but it is a pity that such talented dev cannot find time to complete this piece of art

A lost of choice for the main character(sub route, dom route, choosing between girls, etc(, animation is superb! love the game, can not wait for the future updates, if you can would be great to support him on patreon as well.

An amazing Ren'Py game, probably one of the best ive played. I really hope the game can be completed soon. The renders are beautiful, i love the pacing and the setting to the game, and just the overall appeal to the game.
