The landlady trope is hilariously common. The early 20s MC that for some reason lives in a house (at least at the start of the game) with a hot lady in her 40s (who of course never any has children) and two female roommates. We also have to pretend like there is some grand taboo with a landlady sleeping with her tenant. "Oh no, you are my male tenant. I can't. It's forbidden!" and "my male tenant having sex with my female tenant? Absolutely disgusting!"

What I find absolutely stupid in these games is the MC calling everyone “landlord”, “landlandy” or “tenant”. It just feels so robotic considering they have known each other for so many years. Just call them by their name like Joyce or whatever.

i have a doubt the extra scenes also happen in the story? because the first 2 did appear to me, but what i've been playing (i've only finished ruby missions) i haven't seen any new ones. by the way how many routes exist per character or only isabel and ruby have 2 routes because they have an extra statistic (lust and obedience)

Nothing stupid. These games aren't designed to be used with landlady/landlord/tenant. It's just an easy way to replace one word by another.
