No, this patch is outdated concerning the sleep stuff.This one located here, do note, if you don't want that type of content (as in the night creeper) you can ignore and still set your relationships in game to "family friendly". It just depends on if you want the "creeper" content

Here is a new patch. It enables:
- incest (no need to manually change relationship ingame)
- sleep stuff (grope/titfuck/assjob/fingering - no vaginal/anal - with girls during their sleep)
2 files are available:
- midnight_paradise_patch.rpyc: unlocks incest + sleep stuf
- midnight_paradise_patch_sleep_stuff_only.rpyc: Obviously, unlocks sleep stuff only
Put the file in <MP directory>/game folder.
The patch is compatible with all versions of the game, including future releases.
This patch is compatible with any other mods you could use.
Note: This patch is identical to the one available on
