ok that explains a lot of the problems if he is having issues with his coder. See I thought he WAS the coder and doing it all himself. I know the feeling when you want to accomplish something but you are held back because a lot of your work requires the help and co-operation of others. And people can be very unreliable.

Without going into details if his "coder" had any skills or not. I ask myself: What does Lewdlab try to implant to the game what other Dev haven't done yet?
Theoretically speaking take Milfy City, unren it and look at the code. All semi-hybrid sandbox games are based on the same premises: Time slots (Morning/Afternoon/Night); Stats/Level system for characters; hint system - not always needed (does Milfy City even has a hint system?)...
Let's hope that his new coder is better at coding as his last one.
Otherwise every available coder should take the CGs and code a demo which he/she/it/they can send to Lewdlab for hiring.
