I'm intrigued, was the choice of the school being yellow and black random or was it based on WVM?

It's not based off of WVM, just using the same colors. I chose black/yellow specifically because it allowed a lot of room for potential alternate uniforms. It also tends to play nice with lighting more than other colors do, but that's kind of an afterthought.

Just looked at the LI cast and realized how weird of a harem this would be all considered. Not that it’s a bad things since it’s an AVN. But, given some of the characters and how they act, It makes very curious how it will work

Does this update end at Eisley leaving a message -> to Devon freaking out (again)-> to the dev asking questions to set some variables? Or did I screw something up? I'm asking because those two scenes say I'm playing S01E02, but at the dev questions it says S01E03.5 and after that I get kicked to the Main Menu. But the changelog in the OP says v.03 has ~2160 renders.

This is where Episode 3 ends if you make certain choices, so you're in the right place. Episode 3.5 just has some questions for variables and the Steam version throws a bunch of achievements that got mixed up in earlier updates.

Is it possible for you to define each character to have their own color in the dialogues? For example, Maya and Dean's color is white.

Maya must've been missed. Will look at that. I've been meaning to adjust Diana's, too.
But the issue with using colors for every character is that I might run out and start using similar tones and thus confusing people. It'd probably be fine for the more central ones, but side characters are probably staying white.

I mentioned this because yesterday while playing I ended up confusing the dialogue precisely because Maya and Dean's names are in white.

I think I still prefer it this way, even though it requires more attention when reading than the version with the portrait of the speaker on the side of the text, as the latter tends to take up a lot of the screen
.Hmm, I dont like that the Dev's profile picture isn't my favorite girl. I suspect there may be bias

I appreciate some of the things this game is trying to do that others don't but in the end was left disappointed.
After opening up and trying the game after being recommended in another thread I stayed for the Megan Fox
"roommate" love interest but for the amount of content here there is little in the way of progress with her so far.
Though there's lots of content here so far we haven't even gotten the slightest hint yet that she is or has ever
been into or in love with the mc. Don't get me wrong I love a slow burn and build up with a character that is special
to the mc but I couldn't help feel letdown after finishing from the lack of progress with her but at the same
time having quite a bit of things going on with other characters, most of which should honestly mean relatively
nothing to the mc.
In the end just found myself fast forwarding to see if there was actually anything being moved forward
on that front since I was just overwhelmed with the amount of love interests being thrown at me or just
the amount of dialogue with characters I had little to no reason to care about. It got frustrating, boring
and overwhelming.
After finishing I came to the conclusion that I don't think a game of this nature can do justice to a character like
Diana, who in my opinion has the potential to be a star in this game genre, it seems to be going in the direction
of something more like WVM where you collect a lot of girls but feels surface level with them, but in my opinion Diana
is too much of a treasure for that to be another girl in your collection. Maybe just me but I don't get it.
I was downloading other games I think at the time and didn't even notice the harem tag until I got to the 3rd episode,
or the lack of a romance tag so that probably should've been my hint. Sorry.
