The joke was lost in translation, or mostly just understanding, I for some reason despite knowing you were an older chap assumed you were having sessions like a young'un.

I'd still recommend curtailing I know cigarettes are still really popular in Europe, but the shit's really bad for ya. *end soap box*

I believe jpj is from France, if I've fucked that up and they aren't, I'll amend my original post to just say "Europe" instead of "France".

For me, the joke was legible. Maybe because I'm a smoker myself. My colleague has such a joke:
- What position do you like the most in sex?
- From behind.
- And why?
- Because I can smoke!

Sorry. There is no disdain in me. Sometimes I criticize something. You exaggerated a little.
There are also good things in the US. For example, I value Andy Warhol's painting, and "The Catcher in the Rye" is one of my favorite novels.
