Who cares about such minor details? If you havent noticed yet, the Story is shit and gets worse with every update.
It started good with some background Story - Childhood live, loving Parents, Childhood love and a purpose = revenge.
The journey to his hometown - reconnecting with his Childhood love - all good and well.
The journey to the capital - "bonding" with eliza - all good and well...
But then, after reaching the capital, it all went down the drain and Buu decided to throw every single woman, the MC encounters, onto his dick.
(Think about it - the only women we havent fucked are the bandid girl and the woman at the pub and this was before we reached the capital, but after - every girl we saw, we fucked - or have the chance to in the future (Sabrina, Diana, the Princess, the Witch and probably her Mother too - just to name a few)) but there is no purpose anymore, the MC gets played like a toy, makes rash, stupid decisions, but at least he gets his dick wet.
And boy dont let me start with the dialoges.. because every girl in this Story has the same personality

The only woman I've been with so far as Eliza, I'm treating the current "journey" as a basically a long unskippable ad break in the story.

He already did a decade of training without his powers. Even in the most basic military in the world - if you haven't figured out how to fight after 10 years of training, they either show you the door or find you a desk job.

Except he's not in any military being trained. He's a self taught adventurer that comes with all of the bad habits of being self taught. He have been dead long ago if not for his mentor and his powers. Diana should have been a humbling experience but like Mav said, actual character growth gets in the way when you've got women to collect. I know that last part doesn't apply to you, Pix, but it needs to be said all the same.

He barely eeks out a victory against Diana and instead of reflecting on it, pulls a Shepard and says "we'll bang, okay." Then goes to the island where he just repeats it over and over to the island girls.

If it was up to me, I wouldn't have gotten into a fight with Diana in the first place, there was nothing to fight about.

If it was up to me, I wouldn't have gotten into a fight with Diana in the first place, there was nothing to fight about.

Expect Diana is the one that started the fight so you would have to defend yourself. Now if you got what you wanted you would of never left so you would never even would of met Diana.

That's true, which would have been excellent but she didn't *really* start the fight. The MC got in her way and after she asked him several times, refused to let her do her job. It's not like she just attacked him out of the blue.

Now this is if I remember the scene correctly only seen it once so I could be way wrong.

maybe but I see her as the attacker as she was the aggressor in my eyes. I don't think she even really gave the MC much chance to talk as far as I can recall. If I recall correctly when she found out he knew the pirates and was trying to get her to let them go and was working for the Kingdom she branded him as traitor and attacked.

Like yeah from her pov I can see why she would attack but I still see her being the hostile one not really allowing the MC proper chance to explain or talk very much. As to me I don't see the MC being much of a threat her at that point to warrant a attack even if she considers him a traitor. But I am a little biased as one thing I hate in games or whatever is when a character attacks over an assumption without letting someone explain fully unless you know that character is meant to be a bad guy / evil or just an asshole .

I could be wrong to. I only played it once, the day it came out but IIRC she asked him several times - with increasing levels of anger - to stand aside. From my POV, she took the first swing but it was MC's fault because she warned him that she wasn't having it.

I wouldn't have gone in the first place - I would have saved her the trouble after my previous experience with them - but that doesn't make it not MC's fault. If a soldier shows up to kill some people and you side with the people she's trying to kill, it's still your fault you got attacked.

Let's be honest, Pix's MC can't exist with Eliza so he would have never made it back in the day with Alice only.

I wouldn't have gone in the first place - I would have saved her the trouble after my previous experience with them - but that doesn't make it not MC's fault. If a soldier shows up to kill some people and you side with the people she's trying to kill, it's still your fault you got attacked.

I generally agree expect the MC is a personal bodyguard to the princess and is trusted by the King. So at the very least I think she can hear him out or verify his identity before making a rash decision that she can't undo.

Nah, if I were here I would have done my best to take him prisoner but I would have done what I came to do. I wouldn't call of a - apparently long planned and probably very expensive mission (given the number of people involved) because some rando dude says he knows the king.

Let's be honest, Pix's MC can't exist with Eliza so he would have never made it back in the day with Alice only.
