That said, if it's up to my MC, she'll die. He has no patience for disloyal people.
This arc... It felt like playing The Lust City again. The same assets, the same fog thing, the same manless tribe gimmick, and the game changing from a somewhat character-driven story into a fuck fest. It's too bad, I miss the light vs dark choices. I miss the MC having an actual personality instead of this wisecracking paragon of virtue and heroism he's portrayed as now.
Please, for the love of god, someone explain this to me - why do writers do this crap, why do they start a game and make a character say shit like this and then follow up with a seemingly important choice... who the fuck are you eliza - its the first time Im seeing you, we havent been through anything...

This gets explained by the story traveling back to where the MC meets Eliza after a flashback.
Not the best way to structure it, I agree. But! Hardly any of your choices matter anyway.

I can just as easily *accidentally* push her overboard (in shark infested waters with hands and feet tied in a bag soaked in fish chum) ... accidentally.i think the diplomat will be another "beautiful" women for our MC to fuckwhy should he be a male? thats not Buu´s style, he "needs/wants" more women

I wish we had a different way to punish Selena than killing Samarah. I'd love to punish her thoroughly but not by killing someone innocent. Like killing her and letting the sister go should be a choice too. I really don't like letting them go after the shit she pulled but it seems wrong killing Samarah.

As for her disloyalty, that's sort of baked into being a villain. What bothers me is that she's so useless at it. To paraphrase Megatron, I could suffer her treachery, but not her incompetence.

then Eliza is truly not the best girl for you. I will play a crap game if I love the LI enough. I'm joking of course as everyone is different in when a character is no longer enough to keep playing.
But on a serious note I get attached to characters rather easily , so I rarely drop games unless no one is good enough for me it's why I value characters over story.

Eliza is great but, for me anyway, the rest of the characters have the depth and complexity of inflatable sex dolls. If Eliza isn't going to be in it, then there's no point. I mean, I don't feel like he's updated the game this year as it is. He's had us playing a different game. If while we're gone for six-seven months (of development time) on a mission I wouldn't have gone on in the first place - in part because I'd want to make sure nothing happened to Eliza, he then has the only character I'm playing for disappear - I don't know, maybe I'll revisit it when it's done but I don't plan on playing this beyond defeating Taron anyway. If the game continues beyond that I really don't plan on sticking around for it. The writing just isn't good enough.

her whole hateship situation with kira is entirely ... useless? I dont know what im supposed the take out of it?
MC's holy dick cured Kira and this by extension cures brenda or what? Shes ugly, incompetent and just useless. why is she still alive?
Our MC doesnt even have any relation to her so she woulndt even be useful for a hate fuck or similar stuff

im mixed on this myself. At least up until the Island girls arc , as I haven't played a single update yet in this chapter for a variety of reasons mostly cause im playing regular video games more. But For me the writing in the story while it isn't amazing it's good of enough that it always leaves me wanting more and can't wait to see what happens next. But the characters leave alot to be desired a few took a step in the right direction but need more love , in terms of character deveolopment.
So while I say I play for characters over story that is mostly true. However id say this game I play for both Eliza and the story. I actually like the story more in this game than alot of other AVN's I play. Tho I know this game has an unfair advantage in the fact I love the fantasy / medieval genre. So even if parts are meh or average as long as there is enough of the story I like it's much easier for me to accept the things I do not like and enjoy it in a genre I like alot. Plus add Eliza into the mix with that and this easily becomes a top 25 game for me even with it's flaws.

I have a soft spot for the fantasy genre too, but for me that's actually cost it points in the story. I really think this game would have been better if there were zero other lis. The only people who seem to have any real depth in this game are the baddies - like Taron, Eliza's mom and Brenda. I'm not sure why Buu felt the need to bombard us with dozens of Lis, especially if there was really nothing to them except another opportunity for lewd scenes.
Imo this games strenghts are similar to the namesake of the devs name lol
The story isnt really all that good and the writing isnt that great either but its fun. Like Dragonball which didnt really had super elaborate plots either
The strenght is the power fantasy, upgrades, "transformations", becoming more and more powerful (and in this case addionally more and more girls) which is quite similar to dragonball too.
But i feel Buu struggled to potray this really great for a while now, imo it was better in the beginning.
I still consider the fight against the shadow assassin the coolest fight (at least if you take laser eyes) and feel like Buu should give us way more of these kind of fights and showcases of MC's strenght.
But instead we get MC getting tricked by taron, fighting against skeletons, skipping a fight against a werewolf, have a super lame fight against a pirate lord, have REALLY DUMB jump&run encounters (who does that in a avn? lol) in our new jungle king storyline and so on.
We had the admiral fight i guess but even here MC struggled because of overconfidence.
Instead we get the LI's being enamored over very simple and unimpressive feats but talking like hes the most powerful god ever (despite a lack of showcase).
The powerfantasy aspect and Eliza are (imo) the best aspects of this avn and at the moment (and for quite some time) buu is not delivering at that front at all.
Additionally it feels like the mainstory, the Taron/church plot started mysterios and interesting but develops more and more lame and artificially delayed. I start to feel like im watching the blacklist or lost again
And 90% of the girls are just so fucking shallow, they remind more of lovesick puppys than real humans. And the LI's who have a bit of backstory and potential either get no screentime at all (Rin) or are kinda wasted (Alice).
Rant end, i still like nephilim ... i just think it could be so much better and more fun.
