She might not have banged Axel if Wade broke up with her first and was in a good place about it. The little discussion about Wade when you bump into Cindy and Axel, she seems a bit offended and wronged about Ian implying she jumped right under Axel. Time will tell though.
Holly is an honourary protagonist, not an actual one. We hear about her home life, but only as much as she's willing to tell. But the message is clear, she needs to become independent and out of her families control. The reason she hasn't left before is a lack of confidence and being able to imagine that better life. By now, on most every route, she has that now. Plus she has a full time gig and two popular novels. Holly's problem was inertia. Now it's just waiting for EK to pull the trigger on the big housing shuffle that has been building.

You can't help Wade and go for Cindy at the same time. If you go for Cindy, the options to help Wade are blocked out.
I'm also leaning into this view, even if it clearly smells of high copium, since what exactly transpired and what didn't remains vague and not spelled out clearly and the whole crisis is more about Cindy being mad at Ian displaying jealousy, reminding her of Wade outbursts.
You can but it's tricky. You need to stop Wade from calling Cindy when he's angry, stop Axel from touching Cindy at the photo shoot and ask Wade at the beach if he's happy with her (wits option). Wade will break up with Cindy and there won't be any pictures at the beach house.
Axel is both villain and antagonist to Ian, so a good Ian playthrough that helps his friends, and goes for anyone but Cindy, can try and help them both to a happier resolution. As Ian can also do for Perry.
I believe there is a bug that it doesn't take that into account but the outcome seems to be canon if Ian is not on the love path with Cindy.
That's (Fight for Cindy) path. This is the only path where Wade doesn't break down from the breakup. All the other path breaks him down.

It makes sense it's the bad choice. Later at her place she vents about how bad she feels that she is getting by in the modelling world based soley on her looks, only being seen as a hot woman, and how she wants something more. Makes you wonder what will happen to the slut version of Holly if her parents find out about her escapade with Ivy. Will they cut her off from the family or will the days of the Spanish Inquisition make a temporarily comeback?
Ian gets to choose! Either Holly leaves her family to slut it up with Ivy or Ian helps her family and gets them both sent to a nunnery.
Yes but that wasn't what I was complaining about. In the picture, Ian says "it's worse than the picture he posted grabbing her butt" but this never happened in my save so it creates consistency issues.
