The download from the 25th was infected, but the malware was set to download the virus if you ran the game on the 26th or later, from my understanding. Delete the game and the appdata/roaming folder if you ran the game.
Wait so if I only played it on the 25th I should be safe to just delete it and it's data then I'll be good if thats true thank goodness I was to lazy to play the game on the other days

You mean, there is a constant alive actor inside the PC and can see the passwords even if l change them? What if l change every password again?
I know your just taking the piss, I only say that for if you get infected again. So you don't have to change ANY of your passwords.

What piss? I am asking genuinely here. Making discussion, this is the first time I fell in a such trap I should have waited and be patient instead of downloading the "infected" game.
I just want to learn, adapt and overcome experiences that are first time like this

From what the others could gather based the code that was posted, the malware is supposed to function after 26th and not from the 26th. I played on the 26th and had none of the files described nor anything running on task manager.

No, you didn't escape it. If your AV detected it then it already did its intended purpose, whatever that is. I would change ALL of my passwords if it was me that was burnt. If the malware scanned your browser and you were logged into your email then it most definitely has all the passwords that were saved on that email, I would go ahead and change them now.
Ahhh shit, that's such a pain
So I ran another scan today and still nothing else has popped up.
With that and deleting the things I said before would that mean that I'm theoretically in the clear from it doing any more damage and can change my passwords from this computer?
I'm changing all passwords regardless.

I'm actually completely the same, this is the first time its happened to me (probably more dumb luck that it hadn't happened yet)
Once deleted it wouldn't have put some other program somewhere else?

It seems i played this shit (frontpage OP post link to 0.73) in the 27th (save files date, dont remember when i played) windows defender, malwarebytes and KVRT caught nothing, game folder in roaming seems normal too, no browser closed nor did win def flag anything when executed. i was gonna do a fresh OS install anyway, guess its a wakeup call to finally set up a VM. sigh...

So if my browser closed when running i'm infected? I ran malwarebytes after that last week and it didn't find anything. Can malwarebytes detect it or should i use something else? Can anyone recommend me decent free av that would scan my pc for this?

That's how infostealers work, it might have run once got your browser tokens send it to hackers PC and malware deleted itself after that. Tho, you could never know, format is recommended, but changing the password of your accounts used on that PC is trivial, but do it on safe place, maybe your phone?

It can also detect passwords i typed in the past or only passwords i saved in browser? Because for the most forums i input pass everytime i log in and don't save it in browsers.

Need a changelog from 0.67 to 0.73. Not only from 0.72 to 0.73. Need to know what? when and where new scenes, cards e.t.c.
Click the version number on the bottom right of the game screen, you should be able to see all previous changelogs there.
