The "Starling" and "Hologram" endings sort of did this? Hunter kept Sterling alive but took away his ability to fuck the women, and then sadistically made him watch them fucking. I suppose if you wanted to go more IHNMAIMS, Sterling could kill the women to spare them from Hunter.

Now that I think about it. that's true, all of that said the problem is that the cuking aspect is only revealed in the end.

We never got to see Sterling reacts to what was happening in front of him we just learned it after the fact. The same way we didn't see it the Kevin NTR ending (which was kind of lacking). But you are right, the game already made something like that.

We definitely heard Sterling bumping around inside the robot. My understanding was that he had a screen so he could see Hunter having sex with the girls, but in his limbless state all he could do was bang his head.
