Voice acting in these games is even worse than music is most of the times. I've never understood why people care about having these games voice acted.I personally would love some AI voices
Does anyone know which chapter the Brenna spanking is at? It's the 4th picture in the second row of the first post. I have already beaten 8 chapters but haven't found it. Is it an NTR scene? or how do I get it?
It's not an ntr scene. I think it's chapter 10. I'm pretty sure that's how she finds out Brenna is fucking Sterling

I think it's about immersion. For instance, some might say they don't understand why porn needs a story, but we know that a half-decent story can enhance immersion and our overall enjoyment. Similarly, music can help set the tone of a scene, and voices can make the characters seem more real. (And it's worth mentioning that men can be aroused by a woman's voice, especially during sex.)
But the voices have to be GOOD. If they're poorly done or don't seem to fit the characters, then the voices become detrimental to immersion, and it's better not to have them. When considering how hard it is to do voices right, and the consequences of doing voices wrong, it's easy to see why devs usually don't bother taking the risk.
One example of a game that has some pretty good voices is FreshWomen. The scenes with Susan in the last update were great, and her voice was like the icing on the cake for me (but obviously mileage may vary).
There's also the risk of a character's voice clashing with your idea of them, especially if voices are added later in development and not implemented from the beginning. To be honest, I actually found the moaning in the Dream Scenes a bit off-putting, because it didn't sound like how I had imagined the characters would sound, if that makes sense.

That's what I'm saying too. My head canon might not be the same as to what WWG wants the females to sound like.
i wouldnt be against it provided the vo could be turned off if its not clicking, ive seen games with slider per characters, i think that would be optimal.
in terms of AI audio, i just dont think its there yet, every ai vo audio ive heard so far has been inconsistent enough that it doesnt feel human i would rather turn it off. That being said i will always prefer a human.

I recently got to know the short story "I have no mouth and I must scream" a terrifying scifi horror story. And I thought how about we apply this kind of title to the NTR scenario of this game where Sterling would say : "I have no penis and I must fuck".

The "Starling" and "Hologram" endings sort of did this? Hunter kept Sterling alive but took away his ability to fuck the women, and then sadistically made him watch them fucking. I suppose if you wanted to go more IHNMAIMS, Sterling could kill the women to spare them from Hunter.

I just started a new game, but it goes straight into visual novel mode, and I can only progress by pressing the space bar—no choice screens show up. It wasn’t like this before, and I’m on the latest version.
Weirdly, if I load an old save, the choices appear as normal, but when I start a fresh game, it stays in VN mode. I downloaded the file from PIXELDRAIN. Could you please check this out? Thanks a lot!
