The Lilitran Senior Warriors, like the spear-carrying warriors, are enemy characters who are allies but have been brainwashed in some way by Elpasia.

Unlike other warriors, they do not use weapons, but are the proud chosen elite who fight only with their well-trained bodies.

This enemy has many elements that make Ish suffer, such as a strong trunk and high attack power, but the most distinctive are its grabbing attack and anti-air Rolling Sobat.

The grab is a nasty technique that causes great damage and at the same time puts you in an embarrassing position, while the anti-air Rolling Sobat is a nasty counterattack as soon as Ish is in the air.

Also look out for the powerful fall sex!

As a bonus, you can try out the “Topé con giro” ↑special move.

The attack itself is not very powerful, but it has a high crushing effect, and a long press and tame will result in an even more powerful body blow.

It has a long range and can be used as a combo from the air, so it is a very useful technique.

If the opponent this time is not a strong airborne foe...

An aside.

The grabbing technique used by the Lilitran advanced warriors is based on a cool technique that I found by watching a lot of lucha libre videos.

However, I have no idea what this technique is called.

If you know more about it, please let me know...

First boss is way over-tuned once he goes blue its impossible to land hits at all with that obnoxiously long animation lag after hit. Needing to perfect counter everything is ridiculous

What if I told you, there were people who beat him in under a minute as part of a competition the creator held to get ideas on new animations

The question is whether this game is catered to sweaty grinding die hards or casual metroidvania and jump n run players.

Personally I didn't find the boss too bad and I like me a difficulty spike, but I can see how this might be off putting to some.

Torao Chadabe The catch here is that the game IS catering to "casual metroidvania and jump'n'run players" - the people persistently having trouble with the first boss either suck at platformers as a genre, and/or picked up the game for the sexy time and want that little of everything else. In other words, the game is for "the casual", but the impression of what groups of users are involved is wrong: they are actually "casual" and "no effort", rather than "casual" and "diehard platformer speedrunning machine".

I meant no offense, of course, because I am getting the impression you think I see casual as an insult.

I was just throwing my 5 cents in as I do prefer the game being difficulty and all, but I also get the people that prefer their games on the easy side.

the first boss is hard yes, but I found that I can spam air-attack since she bounces back up slightly and you can spam that shit when he gets staggered, or fuck him to get hp back

Not in the slightest; in fact, to me it seems like somebody feeling insulted by every "you suck" means they must think they are good at everything, which is...an impressive level of hubris, if nothing else.

Precisely the point I was making: some want the difficulty, some want a walk in the park. I fail to see anything wrong with either. There is a word for that - "preferences". When someone goes "this or that is too hard/grindy/complex/whatever - change it", my first question is "why do you want to change this game to cater to you instead of playing another game that already does that?".

P.S. I spent over two hours trying to beat that boss. Which is how I found out that saving the game did not save the fuckinghealing charges. Oh, and that "learning process" involved exactly ZERO counters - just dodge, dash, mash basic attack. So...yeah, OOGA BOOGA.

The counters in this are pretty generous with the speed and amount of time you're invulnerable imo, but you can keep your distance and take it slow only attacking when you have a clear opportunity; the counters make it a lot faster, but they're by no means necessary.

Don't really feel capable enough to objectively judge how hard a game is overall, but I've never been able to parry in games like dark souls and it didn't take me very long to get the timing down for the counters in this. I think the low variety in enemies and attack animations, relatively, and pretty forgiving amount of hp you get made it a lot easier to get the hang of.

I'm not in the camp of "just git gud" and I think it'd be perfectly fine to have difficulty options to maybe slow down the boss animations or something, but I didn't really struggle much with the content in the demo and I'd be disappointed if there was a broad nerf because some people think it's too hard.

Personally think the difficulty level isn't far off from perfect where it's not so hard as to be frustrating, but not so easy as to be boring.

I ain't no speedrunner, and I'm sure the vast majority of people here or who play it in general aren't either. As usual, you just need to play him a few times and remember the attacks. You don't have to parry everything, and you don't have to beat him in under a minute, but it is entirely possible to do so.

Just stay consistent, damage when you can and even if you do take damage, there are spots to heal. I sure as hell didn't speed run him or parried even half of his attacks, hell, i don't even play platformers most of the time. I still beat him in like 2 tries. He's on the harder side for H games sure, but he definitely isn't at all "overtuned" like some say.

If someone really can't beat him, I'm sure a video gallery will turn up on some site somewhere in a few days, since if you're complaining about it instead of finding a way to get better and beat him, you're probably in it more for the animations than the gameplay. Heck, there are some already out now.

i need help when i try to start it, it says missing , what do i do i can't find it out

MSVCR120.dll
A lot of people run into this problem when trying to play anything in GameMaker studio, and a lot people give a solution that should work, but often times doesn't. (To the person directly above, no disrespect, but this is the one time where saying "look it up" doesn't work since the problem isn't always caused by the same thing, therefore most solutions aren't fully universal.)

Downloading the missing file directly and putting in the proper folder should work in theory, but if it doesn't, then the easiest way I've found is to go into your settings, look at your installed apps, find something called "C++ Redistributables" (not the exact name, but it'll be pretty close at least), then uninstall it. From there, you can either reinstall it from the internet, OR you can use a custom downloader for it. There are probably a few of them out there, but the most reliable one that I've seen (and the one that I used myself, for that matter) is in the installer for a game called the Legend of Jump Jump. The link below should take you to the game's itch.io page. It's a completely free game and it should automatically install the things GameMaker Studio needs to run properly. Afterwards, you can delete the game and play any other games on the same engine hassle-free. (It is a pretty solid game though, so feel free to try it before you delete it.)

I beat him but did not enjoy the second phase of that fight at all. It was just an irritating fight. I thought the boss in Ninja Sekiran was on the harder side with that short takedown timing but this one was on a while different level. What annoyed me a lot are the controls not being responsive at times. Getting knocked down and attempting to get up for no response and needing to tap it again and again for it to happen only for that delay to get hit by another attack to knock you back down.

I went back and beat him a second time right after the first but just still didn't enjoy that second phase
