Lol you think that's bad, wait till I tell you about a game called Legend of Queen Opala Origins. I'm not kidding when I say the game has been in development for at least 10 years, possibly more since I've already forgotten how long ago it was first announced. The dev can't be bothered to actually finish the game and move onto a sequel because they're busy adding minigames and side quests that no one asked for lol.

I completely forgot about that. I remember the original game and how it was locked behind Patreon. Where can I even find these 2 games now

That is entirely true, but swegabe has also made (at least?) two other games and is actively updating it with content that is meaningful in some way.

Eromancer on the other hand produced Malise for years and then abandoned it and seems now to be doing the exact same thing with Pure Onyx.
