There are two paths for Chloe...both will end up in the same place eventually...only one of them got an update....so no, v0.9 does not end on what you said, depending on your path....
Also, some of us play VN's for more than just pictures of naked girls and crappy animations. Porn is easier for that, I quit jerking off over pictures 40 plus years ago. Now, is there anything else you'd like to incorrectly state?

I really REALLY dislike VNs with so many branches that make getting scenes so annoying. I would never play any without URM.
I made a quick save just before the scene but I would not suggest using it to continue playing past said scene. Since I change variables with URM its possible to break the script, but its maybe ok.
For strip and scene on her knees, you need: love 1, friendship 2, lust 12, submission 5. At least I finished stream with such statistics. Love is important. If love 0 or less - she will not strip. If lust 10 - she will strip, but won't get down on her knees. So... minimum 1 love and 12 lust

I really like this game, but what concerns me is the amount of paths, it's too many. Why split Chloe's route into four paths? It is confusing and frustrating, for those who play the Movie Night Love Path it really disappointing update compared to the Passion Path, It has zero hot scenes, so why add it at all? It would have been more logical if there had been only two paths: The Movie Night path and the Stranger path
