Also, looks like the devs are aware of the bugs like the freeze on the dating when you lose the rock-paper-scissors, and should be fixed in an upcoming patch? And they may be trying to get the Uniform tag removed off DLsite or move from exclusivity with DLsite and open their game up to other game markets, so.. we'll see?

Definitely a grind. I'm playing it but taking me a bit.
From what I can tell, it looks like you can possibly give birth multiple times? Only thing that annoys me is having to buy 'sex skills' to actually get some where and then it's more grinding for money. I just wanna get with the Master first to see if I can and that requires working at the Cafe.... a lot.

i was able after a very long grind to get her Pregnant and after i go to the Hospital and use the option there to fast forward until Birth she had 3 Babys that was sold to the government after that you dont have any more Money Problems they pay for all 3 1500000 if 3 Babys was luck i dont know another time i dont want to try as the game at that point have nothing new to offer

For pregnancy scenes, if your character is already pregnant then wait 200+ days to make her belly bigger. As for the scene with the master, even though I've been increasing my relationship with him by working at the cafe continuously, the scene with him still doesn't open... does anyone know how to open it?

Missionary you can only use when you make sex Work and are there in the second stage with Normal Clients. Or later on the Map when you unlock the real Love daddy’s at the 3 Stage. Doggy is even more complicate as you can use it only with the Advance daddy’s near the end but not as Sex Worker in the brothel
no the real sex scene are animate but they come very late and are limited to only 2 different scene 1 Missionary and one Doggy
If you mean the hospital "birth record" i wouldn't necessarily assume that. There are a bunch of jap games where there's a pregnancy counter but pregnancy only ever happens once, so the mere presence of a birth/pregnancy counter doesn't actually imply multiples. Silly I know.
On an unrelated note, does anyone know if there is any point to increasing "master intimacy"? i'm tracking it with cheat engine and i got over 200 and there are only ever scenes that imply affection but there's never even a kiss scene by day 109. Working at the cafe is literally all I've been doing (minus a bunch of waiting around to find master on the map to trigger those scenes too)
Edit: Worked a bunch more and slept some days away, at day 180 currently, I don't think the number of days passed has any impact on anything.

TBH you likely got malware from another source, I highly advise running a quality AV scan. And even that may not catch the malware depending on the quality of the malware
