It isn't possible. You need to fight enemies that are only unlocked by an item you can find in the castle raid level.

Does anyone know how to get the Exquisite Beast/Octopus/Bird skin and the Onma single blade or do you have to do the castle raid to obtain it?

There's an item you equip called the yomen i believe that you can find during the castle raid that let's you see invisible rare enemies that are in each of the fight areas that drop those items.
You'll get the blade after doing a run through the Castle Raid.
You can get those crafting items from the appropriate bosses in the re-fight area. You can unlock this area by going through the sakura petal curtain in Main Street Centre (you may have to do a side quest to unlock it).

I already at finish, go to chapter 3, mess around with entire castle, but can't find Item Yamada anywhere. Can someone screenshot me the location?

Follow this room sequence to get it.
The item should be where Sakura is standing.
While activating the item found above, go to the break spot (green circle) in the gallery and take a break.
It was from the new dlc, update your game using GameUpdate file and that scene should show up in the new content. Go to Chapter Select and start the EX chapter (you need to finish the game before that to unlock), after that just to the mansion and click on heart icon.

People who dismiss this game based on body proportions are missing out. I just started chapter 3 and I found this game to be very charming. It's just a really fun time, every character is funny in their own way. 10/10 honestly.
