No, a patch just puts back in content that was changed, incest was never added at all here to avoid Patreons policing , there is nothing to patch.
@eard All you have to do is go into the game, save on slot 4, Which is what the save posted is. Then exit the game, copy and paste the save into that folder, Then it will ask you to replace said file. Say yes.
And done. I had the same issue. It's strange, it won't register the save inside the folder, only if you already had one present that can be saved over. The save provide was save4, so I just saved over slot 4 and then replaced it with the end game saved which is the same save slot number.

Any tips for the final boss? I deal around 500 dmg to her regardless of which spell I use, she stops me from healing and heals for 1000 per turn. Should I just grind until I am stronger than her or is there a trick to it?

I have the feeling that the game was rushed in the end, there's like one new area + the harem ending since 0.4 version which was out last may 2018 right ? I've expected more from a 1.0 version but hey it was still a fun little game even if it could have been longer and better

i see a lot of people like this game but sorry i think it's just BORING
gameplay extrememly minimalist , lets call this :
"boring rpg maker combat simulator"
fight 10 time the 3 same enemy , get one sexy picture with no text and then fight the boss , win and again one picture with no text
they have remove all the fun of exploring a rpg maker map ans find some hiden stuff
story very basic , i'm realy not into it , it's just " you wake up and you are the chosen one and have to fuck monster girl .... "
no introduction of the character , no background ...
french porn have a better scenario than that ( and believe me french porn have the worst scenario in all the porn industry in the world , i know it i'm french )
I've try to continue playing but I get bored very quickly , maybe the rest of the game is more fun to play but this game don't give me the will to try to go further
the sex is too much vanilla , there is monster girl but they act like ordinary girl
when i play monster girl game i want something special , if i wanted vanilla sex i will just go watch a basic porn ...
and the worst is : this game is from the creator of titans tower , a very good game that I really liked

Yeah they had to remove it due to patreon's no incest rule.
is there a way to return it with a patch here or is it gone forever?

EDIT: As far as I was able to see, there is only one kissing scene with her. So, yeah, "art" might have been a bit misleading...
