Doc. B should be unlocked when you frot them now with the new update. There is going to be a doc. C in a future update now as well.

Magician - AoE Nuke, you can get crazy multipliers if you know enemy weaknesses from trial and error.
but sometimes it's reversed it really depends on the enemy
with max speed you usually outspeed every enemy in the game allowing you to out damage most enemies. Pairing an angelic cock ring you can get an invincible nuker
While Militia it's the utility jack of all trades gal, she can be used as a backup healer (her healing scaling is much better than paladins),
She also has a free return to home base provided you have mana. and a get out of battles escape spell

Magician is your generic AoE glass cannon, she makes an excellent team with priest and paladin. But Militia is quite terrible, her design implies she is a generalist, but she actually excellent at being a death wish for your party, so avoid her as much as you can. So far the stronger character is the druid, because sex is like a 1 hit KO for each character you have, and if you kill the surrended enemies you can keep using sex for doing just that.

In that case, what skills do you run paladin with? I will admit I've found her underwhelming compared to the gladiator, but I'm still only on the Forest stage and I think I've got her set up sub-optimally
You can pair Militia's chase shot with Gladiator's Rush slash to get like 6 attacks a turn since it procs the bonus attack on every swing
