The skill the instructor has called "go easy on" or whatever, is there any character that can acquire something like that? at some point my guys got too strong now I can't do quests that require you frot a guy

You can use the capture net item, just buy a lot of them, it basically functions the same as that skill.

Showdown! ANDROGYNOS [v1.1] [Garlic Field]
- **Key F7:** Opens Cheat Menu with money, items, characters and battle options
### Money Options:
- Set gold to any amount
### Item Options:
- Infinite Items (items never get consumed when used)
- Add All Consumable Items (adds 99 of each consumable item)
### Player Character Options:
- Fill HP/MP to maximum
- Add +100 HP/MP over maximum
- Level up characters (+1 or +10 levels at once)
### Battle Options:
- One Hit Kill Mode (enemies have only 1 HP)
- Player Invincibility (player characters maintain max HP/MP)
- Instant Win Battle (immediately defeats all enemies)
### Game Options:
- Game Speed slider (1x to 8x speed)
The cheat menu is draggable (just grab the title bar) and dynamically resizes based on content. Status indicators appear on screen when certain cheats are active, even when the menu is closed.

Give druid the hypnosis skill, use it on the monsters, then win the frot. Don't even need one bit of damage, as long as your characters are sufficient levels.
use items that weaken the enemy monsters, or run a druid.
Sometimes even a simple paralysis is enough to frot them
How to complete the scarecrow quest? I've been running around, killing and frotting scarecrows for several ingame days, and the quest just refuses to get completed.
Guess you mean the Scarecrow Rebellion Quest, on the second of the farm maps there is an exclamation point you need to examine and that will put you in the fight you need.

How to unlock at least one scene with Nicolette? And what does the forbidden smoothie do?

Thanks. Have a more recent save from another post (missing four NPC animations), but it's never bad to have more available.
In the second map, there's a small trail leading to the centre of said map. There'll be an exclamation mark you need to interact with.

The quest exclamation mark should be in the circled area. You can find your way there from two different paths.
